Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Just like Billy, we like to try things that you’ve never seen before!  Bleu Duck Kitchen and Oyster Bar is a full service restaurant that provides a fun and welcoming atmosphere where white linens meet a casual feel to create the new concept of “fun-dining”. We treat each customer as a welcomed friend, and aim to provide them with an experience that is both personal and unique every time they visit.

    Service and food both exceptional. We reserved a table and they seated us immediately. This is a “must visit” each time I am in Rochester. One of the best, most consistent restaurants in town.

    Had a wonderful dinner at Thai Pop. Haven't been here in awhile and forgot how fantastic it is. We started with the spring rolls. So fresh and full of herbs. Yum! Moved onto the Tom Kha soup. I'm still dreaming about it. And then finished with their walleye which is also a great staple and a don't miss. Alex our server was fun, professional and took great care of us. Made for a wonderful night. Also enjoyed the beverages. The sweet annie beverage on their menu is a great bourbon drink. If you haven't been in a while go. If you've never been... what are you waiting for! Thanks Thai pop! We'll be back.

    Long day on the road but rewarded ourselves with the Thai creamed scallops, rich and silky, and the sweet and sour shrimp, bright and perfectly balanced. Both come as small plates but deliver big flavor. The old fashioned is spot‑on — classic, smooth, and made with real care.

    Service was attentive and timing was excellent. The food and presentations were great. Watching a team of serious chefs preparing food then tasting their perfectly balanced dishes was a treat. The desserts were particularly good and worth making room for.
