Important: We are an only adults restaurant, all guests must be 18 or older.Located on the lagoon’s edge, Siete brings together the best of Quintana Roo’s local, fresh ingredients to create a menu that marries an array of flavors, colors and history into a myriad of dishes crafted with intention. Our kitchen is authentic and rustic while refined, with techniques that highlight the power of plant-based cooking and honor the environment around us. Centered around our belief that food is medicine, our seasonal ingredients are hand-selected at local farms by our chefs, who work closely with farmers to tap into local knowledge and choose produce based on their health and wellness benefits. Our menu also features carefully-selected animal products from the region, such as Yucatecan pork and freshly caught seafood, which are prepared by honoring local recipes and techniques.

El restaurante "Los Hechizos" ubicado en el interior del Hotel "Rancho Encantado" es una palapa casual a la orilla de la espectacular Laguna de Bacalar, sirve diariamente exquisita comida. Nuestro talentoso chef, Iván Osorio, nos presenta un menú inspirado en la cocina regional con ingredientes locales y estándares internacionales. Desde el desayuno con café mexicano de altura, jugo de naranja fresco, frutas tropicales de estación, pan y mermeladas hechas en casa, para el almuerzo y la cena se ofrece una variedad de platillos a base de pescado, pollo y carne frescos, o cocina vegetariana si así se desea. Cuenta con una atractiva selección de vinos mexicanos para los gustos más exigentes y una novedosa carta de mixología.

    Una noche inesperada en Los Hechizos Llegamos un miércoles sin grandes expectativas y nos fuimos hablando de repetir. Esa noche había un menú especial con propuesta italiana que arrancó con un carpaccio de calabacines — arúgula, alcaparras, parmesano — ligero y bien ejecutado. Seguimos con un salmón al limón de presentación impecable y un pollo en salsa Marsala que mi acompañante no dejó ni rastro. El remate: tiramisú y mousse de limón para cerrar en dulce. El ambiente frente a la Laguna Bacalar hace el resto. Muy recomendado.
