An expression of simple, honest, nurturing food and drink that nurtures both the spirit and body.Juliette is an a-cultural restaurant, focusing less on vernacular dishes of New Mexico, but on the abundance of food that is grown/raised around us at any given time. We are excited to create a restaurant that is fun but also nurturing. The restaurant is very transparent about the ingredients we use and don't use…we only use good salt, avoid seed oils, have grass-fed beef, y mas.
