Grille 254's name is inspired by the longest held PGA tournament record score of 254 shot by Tommy Armour III at La Cantera Resort Golf Course in 2003. Over the four days of the Valero Texas Open, Tommy awed spectators as he set a 14-year PGA tournament record, and until 2017, his 72-hole total score was held as the highest tournament score in PGA history.Grille 254 celebrates his accomplishment and the game of golf by merging Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa’s culinary talent with a classic sports bar experience in the ever growing Northwest San Antonio corridor.     I can’t believe I haven’t been to Signature before! What a beautiful restaurant! We came for my husband’s birthday and we had such a great time. Lisa was our server and she was amazing! Started off with margaritas and some bread, then tried the fried quail. It was awesome! The star of the show was definitely the beef tenderloin. Holy moly was it good!! I could eat that dish everyday. My mouth is watering as I’m typing this! Finished off with the mango cheesecake and the little mini assorted desserts! Everything was incredible from the moment we stepped inside to the last bite. Service was top notch too! Thank you for a wonderful evening! We will be back very soon!

    We came here during our stay at La Cantera. Wait staff was great. Chips and hot sauce were extra which I thought was crazy at a Mexican restaurant and then I couldn't even eat it because it was so hot. We ordered combo fajitas for one and the portions was very generous and plenty for 2 people. It's was tasty and queso was delicious.
