Food was excellent as was the service. They initially wanted to seat us in an unacceptable table but, by asking kindly, we got a much better spot. The restaurant was half empty so we did not need to wait for another table

Jake, John, and Tyler were the best bartenders ever. They were so kind and receptive to all the drinks that I requested. The manager, Erik, was friendly and helpful. All the food was delicious, i’ll definitely be back. 

Our waiter was phenomenal. We never felt rushed and the food was excellent.

We dined at Merlion for our Anniversary and they truly went above and beyond for us! From rose petals scattered on the table when we arrived to a complimentary desert that said happy anniversary and more. Everything was top notch from the food to the drinks to the service and ambience. The food was incredible too- the best curry I’ve had (and I eat a lot of curry). This is our new favorite restaurant! Thanks so much, we had an incredible experience and wjll definitely be back!

My husband took me to the Aquarium Restaurant for my birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect evening. Our appetizer and meals were absolutely excellent and full of flavor. I also ordered a White Russian, and honestly, it may have been the best one I’ve ever had — perfectly smooth and delicious. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was our waitress, Shaelynn. I honestly don’t know how she managed to outshine the food, but she did! She was warm, personable, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks stayed filled, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Since the restaurant was not overly busy that evening, we chatted with her a bit each time she stopped by. By the end of the meal, I told my husband I would love for her to meet our son because she is simply that kind of wonderful human being. Shaelynn is the type of person you wish were part of your family. Oh, and a shout-out to the Manager that night. I didn't get his name, but he was very nice. He made sure things were ok for us and also acknowledged my birthday. Thank you for such a memorable birthday dinner and experience.
