Outstanding food, beverage, and service. We chose the fried artichoke appetizer, chopped salad, Rockfish special, spicy shells, and the tavern burger. We were delighted with all of them; fried artichoke and tavern burger absolute standouts. Chopped salad was very good, and a creative aesthetic as well. We would order everything again, but want to try the other things as well, so we look forward to another visit. Finally, our server (Colleen) was a delight. We wouldn’t have had as much fun without them as a guide

Not only is the food excellent here, but the service is top-notch every server that I’ve had since going here has been well informed of the menu given great recommendations and just their overall attitude is amazing. The general manager is top-tier. I will recommend anyone going here at any time for any occasion.

Our party of 4 had an absolute outstanding evening. We brought a couple with us that had never been to The Lions Den 1837 but had heard good things so it made us really happy that they were so impressed with the whole experience as we continue to be. Started with a drink in the Speakeasy, Amber was a lovely bartender, then we moved up to our table escorted by a terrific young man who I apologize for not having his name to include. Matt, our server was amazing and so helpful with our decisions and took impeccable care. Appetizers included oysters, scallops and lobster bisque enjoyed by all. Mains selected the Salmon & Filet Mignon and the sides served were perfect...bravo Chef! And shared the Strawberry Shortcake :) a must try if available. I I'm pretty sure they will be returning as we always do. Cheers to another 5* evening!

Outstanding lunch at Spoon & Spindle on 7/24. Lovely, quiet atmosphere. Outstanding service. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Doesn't get any better. Would definitely return.
