Everything was absolutely amazing! Santiago and Alberto went above and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. The meal suggestions were spot on!! The food was delicious and the portions just right. The drinks were delicious! The attention we received from the moment we walked in from the hostess, the waiter with perfect timing being present without being noticed, the manager stopping by, the mariachi presence, overall amazing!

Ha’ at Xcaret was one of those rare dining experiences that actually lives up to the hype. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone. The restaurant feels like you’re dining inside a hidden jungle sanctuary with flowing water all around you. Somehow it manages to feel dramatic and peaceful at the same time. Even with the water features everywhere, conversation was easy and the room never became overly loud. The service was exceptional from start to finish. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating they were with non seafood diners. They prepared a separate menu without making it feel like an inconvenience or an afterthought, which made the experience enjoyable for everyone at the table. The tasting menu itself was creative, refined, and genuinely fun. The King Crab course was a standout and unlike anything we had before. Beautifully presented with unexpected flavors and textures that somehow worked perfectly together. Several dishes had that same quality where you take a bite and immediately stop to figure out what you’re tasting because it is so unique in the best way possible. The upgraded Mexican wine pairing was absolutely worth doing. It was a treat traveling through different wine regions of Mexico and discovering just how good Mexican wines have become. The pairings felt thoughtful rather than forced and elevated the entire meal. What impressed me most about Ha’ is that it works equally well for serious food lovers and for people who simply want a memorable night out. The dishes are inventive without becoming pretentious or inaccessible. Every course felt exciting while still being approachable and enjoyable. This was more than dinner. It felt like an experience that combined incredible food, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality into something really special. It’s a great Italian restaurant in playa del Carmen. Cozy restaurant and GREAT Food. I highly recommend the Carbonara, it was the best dish. Staff so helpful and friendly, our server Diana was great.
