Fourk is an small, intimate, four-course dining experience set in a more casual environment. Our chef-inspired menus change on the first Wednesday of every month, keeping every dish fresh and seasonal all year long. At Fourk, we offer one seating each evening, allowing every guest to enjoy the experience together, from the first sip to the final course. Doors open at 5:30 PM for a relaxed happy hour featuring chef optional appetizers, discounted beer, and wine by the glass. While guests are welcome to join us early, we kindly ask that all parties arrive no later than 6:15 PM, as dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM. The full experience concludes around 7:45 to 8:00 PM. We require a credit card to hold all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.     Truly a 5 Star place to visit, dine and enjoy the beautiful views. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We did not feel like strangers in a far-away land. The owner, and his family, work at the winery and the restaurant. The best Creme Brulle I have ever had, and I consider myself an expert on this dessert. All of the wine blends are out of this world. We are so thrilled to be a new member of the Wise Villa Winery.

    When I say this restaurant is the BEST..ITS THE BEST AROUND! The moment I got there I was greeted and seated promptly. When you just want a steak..this is the BEST place to get a steak. Always perfectly made correctly. The food top notch..the service top notch..everything about High Steaks is truly a diamond rating experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND High Steaks for any occasion. Simply the very BEST! My two quest from out of town were also very impressed with there experience of the restaurant. I celebrated my 53 birthday and I was treated to a very delicious chocolate moose cake and a lit candle. Very classy and I enjoyed every bit of it!

    This was spectacular meal, a Sake Dinner featuring Heiwa Shuzo sakes. The favorite dish for both me and my wife was the Corn Chawanmushi with Miso Black Cod. If this was the only dish served I would have been happy, but there were six other outstanding courses. As always the staff was gracious and knowledgeable. If you haven't dined here yet, you are missing out. Yeah, I know I sound like an "ad" but I simply love this place.
