We had the best time and it was 100% due to our server. Chin made it extra special and treated us great. We loved him and will definitely come back just to see him. He explained the process for the tea in a way that elevated the dining experience and was engaging for the adults and also for the kids. Would highly recommend

Fabulous meal and service in a beautiful dining room.

The gamekeepers pie was delicious, the salad was ok except for the croutons, which were rock solid, and impossible to chew. The waiter said that lots of people were complaining about the same thing. He tried one, and agreed! I’m just wondering why this was not changed since so many people said the same thing! The location is beautiful, and staff are attentive. Dinner menu is rather expensive.

We had a great time at the lake view lounge today where the service was exceptional - our server noticed there’s quite a bit of a gap between the appetizer and the entree and came over to apologize for delay. Other staff also came over to make sure we are ok. We were just sitting there enjoying the view so they were very observant. One can only enjoy this level of service at top quality hotels like the Fairmont. The food was great and definitely better compared to a few years back when we were here - if you love seafood, the chowder and seafood pasta won’t disappoint. Because today is Christmas Eve, they have a small choir singing Christmas carols. Overall, the service, view and food are great. We will be back!
