Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Just like Billy, we like to try things that you’ve never seen before!  Bleu Duck Kitchen and Oyster Bar is a full-service restaurant that provides a fun and welcoming atmosphere where linens meet a casual feel to create the new concept of “fun-dining”. We treat each customer as a welcomed friend and aim to provide them with an experience that is both personal and unique every time they visit.

    We had thought about Chesters several times over the last year as we made many visits to the Mayo. Finally, on what we hope was our last visit, we went. Wow, I had the beef stroganoff and my wife had the shrimp healthy bowl. A friend had the prime rib. Everything was fantastic!! We made a mistake by not going sooner.

    Overall, I would tell anyone to travel the distance if you want classy service, knowledge welcoming staff & The food is worth cherishing! Ask for Noah! His precision for impeccable service should be the Blue Print for other restaurants! I made a reservation for my wife's birthday. We drove down about 3.5 hours total drive time. Checked in early and was seated very quick. Our server, Noah is FANTASTIC!! Extremely knowledgeable & accommodating to my wife and I. Noah kindly laid out certain dishes and let us make the decision. We shared Mushroom Risotto & Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon. Definitely, the best Salmon I have had from a Ristorante!! A+++
