É isto que fazemos todos os dias, já não estamos na varanda lá de casa, mas a sensação de estar entre amigos mantem-se igual. É um privilégio que agradecemos diariamente! Lembro-me perfeitamente da primeira vez que estivemos no Texas. Ainda estávamos dentro do Aeroporto Austin Bergstrom, quando a minha irmã começou a falar-nos da comida texana. Entretanto já passaram 6 anos e 4 longas visitas e, em cada uma das nossas viagens, procuramos aprender todos os cantinhos de quem gosta de um bom Barbecue - um Pulled Pork no ponto, assim como outras carnes confecionadas à sua maneira.
