    We have been to the Boathouse at City Point many times. This visit was for a birthday celebration and it was not the best experience . The Spicy Mussels had 4 that did not open, therefore inedible. The Fried Shrimp dinner reflected overcooked shrimp. The Salmon dinner and the salad were good. Service was good, not great. We had to park down the hill and walk up an ice covered street and the same to get back down. A better job of cleaning the hill would have been in order. All in all we were disappointed with this visit. We will try again around Valentine’s Day for better food and less treacherous hiking weather.

    food choices a little limited but what they serve is quite good- thumbs up on the chicken and waffles (go with the wings) - French toast was banging and had a nice crispy edge to it. They really should upgrade to real maple syrup, IMHO. Blackened salmon blt was also very tasty. a bit loud and chaotic as crowd grew but comfortable enough.
