The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     ボルチモアで一番おいしい寿司屋さんです。日本でも美味い部類に入ると思います。メニューは少しだけ日本語表記がありますが、ほぼ英語です。子連れでも利用可能です。予算的には大人1人$100ぐらいでしょうか。

    観光客向けのベタなレストランという感じでしたが、予約をしていけば窓際の席から夜景を楽しめるので良かったです。遠くから店のサインが見えわかりやすいです。湾の東側からは平日なら水上タクシーが走っています。
