After more than 40 years with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi, a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques.Kizaki offers Denver’s first authentic Edomae omakase, featuring approximately 20 courses including raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests may also enjoy a full bar with thoughtfully selected sake, wine, or curated pairings.The Omakase experience at the COUNTER or TABLE is $250 per guest, plus service fee and tax.     We always love going to Izakaya Den! It’s our favorite sushi place in Denver. I especially recommend sitting upstairs if you can as there is no other restaurant quite like it. We will be back as always!

    Last night was amazing. Me and My lady enjoyed dinner. Our server was excellent. He answered every question we had as well as giving us a thorough presentation from the meat served to where its shipped from, impressive. I would definitely revisit Jacks. Highly recommended!

    We enjoyed the tacos and burritos. The burritos were huge. We took a box. The band was amazing and kept us entertained as we chatted at our table. Good experience with GF food - one person in our group had no problems.
