    So comfortable and welcoming. My husband and I live about two hours out but made the drive for our anniversary, and it was well worth it. Service was kind and considerate (we sat near the bar so we had a couple different people check in with us to make sure everything was swell) and the food was superb. The calamari appetizer was a great choice, and for my primi choice the chitarra was excellent. Dessert was the vanilla gelato, which I thought was an excellent classic and gentle flavor after all the food and wine. Highly recommend for a quiet, intimate dinner; it was very nice to be welcomed so kindly for our anniversary despite the dinner rush, and to be able to enjoy the quiet atmosphere during dinner.

    Seabird is hands down one of the finest restaurants in Wilmington or anywhere. The food is always outstanding, the service exceptional & the atmosphere is excellent. Their bar program is off the hook. You will not be disappointed in your culinary experience at Seabird, it’s a top shelf choice across the board.

    Reservations were easy and seamless, with our preferred bar seating! Shay behind the bar was a total pro and took great care of us. Wine list was solid. Food was delicious. Definitely returning!

    The food was excellent. Both owners came around to all the diners and introduced themselves as well as bussed the tables. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I am looking forward to going again.
