Dine in the soft glow of a transparent, fully-enclosed “ice cave” on the terrace overlooking Lake Rosseau. Catch the scent of the grill as your chef prepares delicacies over a charcoal cauldron. This extraordinary two-hour dining experience is available on weekends. Two reservations time per day; 4:45pm and 7:15pm, minimum of 2 people per cave. Choose your party’s menu from options including fondue, raclette, grilled Certified Angus Beef and seafood. Reserve now; minimum food & beverage order $250 per person (minimum required upon booking).
