Hollandaise was excellent too. Matt was our server and can’t say enough good things about him. Attentive without being intrusive and our table was a bit loud with long time friends catching up. The sushi (we split two rolls) and appetizer (lobster rice cakes) were delicious. I only took off one star on food b/c I wasn’t a huge fan of the Prawns we also split but my friend liked them. A little too Smokey flavored for me. Everything else was so good though it did not matter and we had a great experience. I picked to go here for my 40th Birthday with my family. Kevin our waiter was outstanding and did all the little things. The GM (I believe) made it so special with a card and champagne as well as a free slice of 9 layer chocolate cake that was to die for. You must order the fry tower with all the dips. My family did not order any steak, but we loved all the seafood we ordered. The highlight for me was the crab cake and halibut. Look forward to going back!
