We came for our anniversary and it was great! Our server was very kind and helpful! Overall it was a great experience with great food!

We had an amazing experience. Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful server. Food was incredible. Have yet to try anything I didn’t love. We all agreed it was the best fried chicken we had ever had. We were lucky enough to sit at the table next to the owners. They made us feel so welcome. He even sang happy birthday to my sister and let us try a plate of food they had. I can’t wait until I am back in town to go again.

We are local to McMinnville and decided to treat ourselves by visiting Hayward on our date night. Being parents, it is always nice to find local gems like Hayward. And let's be honest, Hayward qualifies as a regional gem in our book. The fresh made noodles in the pasta were amazing and the sauce was bonkers good! We are excited to try the summer menu when the time comes! Congrats to the chef and staff at Hayward. You deserve all the success and rewards that come with doing the amazing job you do! Succulent confit de canard in orange sauce, and a savory butternut, kabocha and delicata squash soup with chestnuts mushrooms made our meal shine. Service is impeccable and very friendly and staff are superbly knowledgeable about allergens . Whether you eat with or without gluten, Bistro Maison is a wonderful dining experience in charming McMinnville in Oregon wine country .
