We'd never been to this style of dining before, and every staff member was so kind and helpful, explaining the different aspects of the meal, from the market/charcuterie buffet table, to delicious sides, I was impressed. Then the meat on swords came, carried by staff that seemed genuinely happy to be there. The $65 meal is worth the price with the unending delicious food, wonderful staff, and amazing overall experience!
