We source the best meat in the country from award-winning Cornish farmer and butcher Philip Warren, and cook our chops the simple way, over charcoal, with a little help from our vintage Blacklock irons.     The staff are all very friendly, the food is exceptional and the quality is outrageous. Given it was a special occasion and we booked an early table, it was very quiet when we got there and the service was a high standard but as it got busier, the service dipped. We were left 20 mins without anyone coming to us with food, we waited 30 minutes for the bill which was asked for 4 times and 25 minutes for 2 drinks which we asked for twice. I would still absolutely recommend a visit!

    I received a wonderful gift for Afternoon Tea from colleagues, and experienced a lovely parting treat. Beautiful food, service and environment. A feast for the stomach and eyes. Will definitely return to celebrate another life event soon.
