Server was great. But we had to wait 15 minutes after being seated for server to come. He apologized profusely. Apparently is was a staffing issue. He did excellent "service recovery" and was friendly and superb in very other way. Once our order was taken the food was served promptly.

This was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve ever had. I had the lobster bisque appetizer and it was creamy and rich with several chunks of tender lobster meat. The steak and shrimp were prepared at exactly the right temperature and the asparagus with hollandase sauce was delicious. To top it all off, the service was extraordinary! Our server, Julio, was spectacular. He met every need and even helped us with directions to avoid significant road closures! I wish I could clone him!

Everything was great. We were a little early for our appointment with no problem they obliged us. Server Sonde was great was very courteous and made sure he satisfied our needs. Management even came by the table to make sure that everything was good. It was our first time there. We really enjoyed it.

The brisket is amazing and we had a wonderful server. I can’t recall his name but he’s a young guy from CLT and went to Western Carolina if memory serves me correctly.

We had the buffet this time. Food was fresh, cook was pleasant. Choices on the buffet were good. Price is about the same as menu items by the time you add an entree and coffee.
