A modern take on the great British chophouse, Blacklock Birmingham is nestled inside a beautiful Grade II listed Vicarage on Cathedral Square. We source the best meat in the country from award-winning Cornish farmer and butcher Philip Warren, and cook our chops the simple way, over charcoal, with a little help from our vintage Blacklock irons.
