Wir sind eine Taqueria - was eine Pizzeria zu Pizza ist, sind wir zu Tacos – die wohl allerklassischste Speise Mexikos... Das Konzept ist sehr simple. Unsere Menükarte besteht aus alles was man in einer Taqueria in Mexiko oder in Südkalifornien finden würde: Tacos, Taquitos, Burritos, Quesadillas, aber auch Suppe, Salat und ein paar lässige Vorspeisen.Gutes mexikanisches Essen erfordert gute Zutaten. Wir durchsuchten den Kontinent und fanden schliesslich die besten nixtamalisierte Maistortillas, die wir kaufen konnten. Wir importieren frische Jalapenos. Wir verwenden 100% frische Avocados für unsere Guacamole. Wir machen unsere Aguas Frescas und scharfe Saucen im Hause. Wir frittieren unsere eigenen Tortilla-Chips täglich. Wir haben sogar die grösste Auswahl an importierten mexikanischen Softdrinks und Bieren in der Schweiz! Zudem bieten wir jeden Monat eine mexikanische Spezialität an.

    Dieser erste Besuch im Restaurant Raro hat uns überzeugt und wir werden wiederkommen! Wir waren acht Personen und feierten im familiären Rahmen einen Geburtstag. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeisen waren köstlich, ebenso alle unsere Hauptspeisen und unsere mitgebrachte Geburtstagstorte wurde feierlich serviert. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen :-) Herzlichen Dank!
