The award-winning Appellation is recognised as South Australia’s world-class regional dining destination and headlines the offering at The Louise. Framed by large windows with views to the vines and featuring private dining nooks, the restaurant is perfect for an intimate dining experience, driven both by generations of Barossa culture and contemporary Australian style and innovation. Executive Chef Sam Cooper offers a seasonal tasting menu for $175 per person. Matched wines may be added for $85 per person, alternatively a comprehensive wine list and range of other beverages is available. Corkage is $25 per bottle. A public holiday surcharge of 10% applies. Please note any dietary and food preferences on your booking and our team will create an appropriate menu for your specific requirements. For parties more than six guests, please contact The Louise directly to discuss tailored dining options. The Louise and Appellation welcomes children 10 years of age and over.

    We had such a wonderful experience at Lou Miranda Wines. The authentic Italian food was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavours, and the service was warm and welcoming from start to finish. The experience truly made our day, and the wines are hard to beat. Ralph, who looked after our wine tasting, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made the tasting enjoyable and really brought the wines to life. A particularly special moment was when Angela, the winemaker, took the time to come over and say hello to our table after hearing that my friend’s father has always loved her dad’s wines. It was such a lovely personal touch. Angela and her sisters have taken over the family business, and you can really see the passion and pride they have for what they do. A beautiful family business, wonderful food, exceptional wines and genuinely lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend Lou Miranda Wines.
