Food is always super fresh and flavoursome - great that it's dog friendly - makes such a difference when on holiday

We all in our party of 5 really enjoyed our visit to the stonehouse. The food was presented well and delicious . We had a variety of starters , mains and desserts and all were equally good. The atmosphere and service was friendly and welcoming. We will definetly visit soon again .

People’s restaurant truly provides all you need for a wonderful evening, with delicious food, attentive, knowledgeable & friendly staff that add to an already ambient vibe. It offers a very comfortable yet relaxed space. The duck and Korean spiced chicken were absolutely delicious. I am already looking forward to my next visit when I return home from Australia on my next trip. Thank you to all the staff for an absolutely wonderful evening. Gemma Bett

Its a long time since I had such an amazing meal experience! The layout, the floral arrangement, the decor are all fabulous! The staff, all 3 that we met were friendly, professional, chatty, helpful and definitely enhanced the entire experience! Having our water topped up 3 times without asking is a testimonial to they duty of care! Fantastic!! The food was out of this world! The goats cheeses starter was nealry indescribable tbh! So light and creamy! The pecan and dates and everything just made you want it to last forever. The portion was genuinely very generous! Just blissfull!! The scallops were just as I imagined from the menu but better. So tasty with beautiful flavours complimenting the perfectly cooked scallops! Again sublime! Both mains were fish! The haddock was 10/10! Delicate fluffy battered! Delicious frsh haddock! The pea puree was outstanding!!! The fresh tartar dip was heavenly! And he skinny freisin were perfect too! Great portion too! The seafood linguine was amazing!!! I loved it!! I splattered my top as I was so taken with each bite!! So I suggest wearing a bib 🤣 The prawns and mussels were delicious! Paste cooked prefect, and again the add ons just made it so yummlicious!!! 😋 The entire meal was amazing!!! The staff and ambience were radiant! We will 100% be back with with accommodation arranged so we can have some wine too! Welldone on a fabulous service with amazing talent from the kitchen👏 Ps. We did greedily have a dessert to share but we couldn't eat it as we were genuinely happily full!! But what we tasted was delicious 😋

The food and service was just brilliant couldnt find fault with it at all its spotless clean inside and it’s lovely and spacious so you’re not on top of anyone else when eating would highly recommend taking a visit. They also have a gorgeous spot to sit out and drink if you didn’t want to eat and the weather was good it’s beautiful to look out.
