Ulu Kitchen by Merriman is an ocean front restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service featuring local ingredients and recipes created by chef Peter Merriman. We have indoor and outdoor dining options, with a full bar, and the most prime dining views in all of Ka'anapali. The breakfast menu features classic favorites like Eggs Benedits, omelettes, pancakes, as well as some unique dishes like the cure (breakfast ramen) and our Hawaiian chilaquiles. Lunch features our signature smash burger, fresh ahi tuna poke bowl, tempura battered fish and chips, and a fresh local veggie wrap.Dinner has a seafood forward menu featuring Ahi Sashimi, Grilled Tako, Scallops, Mahi Mahi, Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli. We encourage walk ins and do not open all tables to reservations.Parking for Longhi's Kaanapali is free of charge in the Marriott Maui Ocean Club's Lahaina Parking Garage. The Garage is located on the south end of the Marriott, near the Hyatt. Make a right turn into the garage and drive to the gate, it will open. Park and take the elevator to ground level. Longhi's is to your right just over a small bridge. Longhi's has been family owned and operated for over Forty Seven years in Hawaii. Longhi's has two locations, each offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Longhi's offers an ala carte menu, featuring Italian cuisine, withspeciality products including organic meats, fresh Hawaiian seafood and produce. Longhi's has it's own in-house bakery where all of it's desserts, breads and pastries are created.Longhi's is a beautiful place to dine, with celebrities, vacationers and locals returning again and again for the restaurant's delicious meals, romantic times, and magical energy.

    テーブル間が狭く、人が多いので結構賑やか。ロマンチックな雰囲気ではない。オープンエアーなので、夕方は気持ちよいが昼は暑いかもしれない。大きなバーカウンターがかっこ良く、映画のセットみたい。前菜のクラブケーキは上品。シェフお勧めステーキは美味しい。付け合わせポテトは凝っているが味はいまひとつ。嫁が頼んだシーフードパスタは、美味しいけど辛すぎて素人向きではなかった。辛いという説明がメニューに全然ないので注意が必要。グラスワインが7～8種類あり、この手のレストランとしては珍しく美味しかった。料理は早く出てくるし、スタッフもテキパキして気持ちが良い。お値段は周りのレストランと同レベル。チップを含めると夜は＄7～80かかる。
