NOSA is an old Spanish word for “ours” which speaks to the communal nature of a place to gather, dine, and rest.Our menu evolves with the season and the availability of local ingredients. We offer a luxurious five-course prix-fixe meal with optional wine pairing that allows for time to enjoy the food and stunning views of Northern New Mexico. Reservations required. We also host private events for 6-60 people.NOSA is also a place for rest and retreat. We have 2 King Suites and 2 Queen Suites, all posted on Airbnb. Fernando Olea氏（Epazoteでのシェフ経験を持つメキシコ人シェフ）がサンタフェに1991年に創業したレストランで、Oleaシェフによるメキシコの伝統技術を用いた創造的で洗練された料理（オールド・メキシコ＆各国の食材使用）を提供しています。新鮮な地元食材と肉類を可能な限り使用し、少なめの盛りつけで提供しています。 神秘的なメキシコ料理作りには「モーレ」（スパイス、種、ナッツ、チョコレート、チリなどを焼いてから砕いた風味豊かなソース）が不可欠で、その多くには30種以上の食材が使用されています（唐辛子のみで5種類を使用する場合あり）。Oleaシェフはサンタフェ400周年を記念して、2009年に「ニュー・メキシカン・モーレ」などの手作りのモーレを発表しました。メインダイニングルームには、Federico Leon De La Vega氏（メキシコ・シティ出身の有名アーティスト）がOleaシェフに送った巨大な壁画が飾られています。

    A wonderful experience. Food and our waiter Kyle were stellar. Loved the 40 foot stone well and the history about this place. It was our last night in Santa Fe and could not have been better.

    The food at Geronimos is outstanding, incredibly flavorful and complex. The champagne starter as we were seated was a very classy and festive touch. The prices are steep but I understand that you get what you pay for and this is high end dining. We’ve never had a disappointing meal at Geronimos. The service was good and the ambiance was lovely.
