Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu.     Overall, I would tell anyone to travel the distance if you want classy service, knowledge welcoming staff & The food is worth cherishing! Ask for Noah! His precision for impeccable service should be the Blue Print for other restaurants! I made a reservation for my wife's birthday. We drove down about 3.5 hours total drive time. Checked in early and was seated very quick. Our server, Noah is FANTASTIC!! Extremely knowledgeable & accommodating to my wife and I. Noah kindly laid out certain dishes and let us make the decision. We shared Mushroom Risotto & Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon. Definitely, the best Salmon I have had from a Ristorante!! A+++
