Wonderful food that came out fast. Great cocktails! They do not offer much for kids other than meatballs, which were a little Spicey. But we made it work!

Another great meal at Chop House! Friendly and warm service from John today. Our favorite place to bring friends from out of town when we don’t want to cook. Always reliable and fresh local ingredients. Also love that they keep on record that I don’t eat gluten and have many options on the menu that meet my needs. Reasonably priced for the stellar experience.

Chop House is an amazing experience and truly worth the visit if you enjoy fine dining. It's a cozy, intimate place to enjoy a meal with loved ones. The food is sourced locally and cooked to perfection every time. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable too. The cocktails and pairings are also delicious. Overall, I Chop House is worth it's price and easily the best restaurant in Harrisonburg

Guest House is an oasis for those LGBTQ+ community who wish to be transported to a world in which saying hello to a fellow diner or bar fly does not engender fear or death glares. It is a very small world in which you can share your experiences without a quizzical cock to the head or silent judgement. It’s where good, simple food is elevated with freshness and the care put into each plate is evident in terms of beauty and taste. It’s an escape for any queer person who wished to go to a hotel like those in White Christmas without the fear of sticking out, and allows guests to indulge in the nostalgia of stepping back in time without any of the social trauma. Guesthouse is a very special place, and I can’t wait to find my way back to Lost River soon.
