The waiter did an excellent job with our large group of 25. He was Very attentive and organized. ( we were on a schedule and he got us out of there on time)
We were concerned that we only had one waiter.... but he did the work of 2. Very happy!
Thank you for accommodating us
Food was very good. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the fried avocado since I have shellfish allergies. So one was made for me that wasn't deep fried. I wish restaurants would have an air fryer or an alternative for those of us who have shellfish allergies.
Ask for Matt or Carlos! They are awesome. Great food and wonderful service!!
The food was great. Had a party of 14 so the service was a bit slow but not bad overall. Definitely would go there again.
Great service and the food was delicious. Small place so I recommend reservations.
Made reservations for a Friday night as it's noted to be busy. Table was immediately available when we arrived. Service and food was outstanding. We'll be returning.
There were flies everywhere inside at our table. If I’m eating outside I expect... not so much inside. Very loud.
But service was excellent, and food was very good.
THE best margaritas I have ever had in a restaurant! My favorite dish—beef tacos al carbon—is “slap yo mama good”. My whole family gets the same thing every time. Let’s not forget the chips and salsa—perfect! Las Fontanas is by far my favorite restaurant.
Six of us ate here for dinner and we each ordered a different entree. Everyone was very pleased with their order. The favorites were the Street Tacos and the "half and half" margaritas!
Didn’t have the ingredients for a popular Mexican dish on the menu. Enchiladas were tasteless and made with tough tortillas. Chili con Queso was good. Waiter was friendly and courteous but didn’t compensate for the poor quality of the food.
We took our out-of-town guests to a post-wedding lunch. Service and food were excellent. My party was very happy with everything and appreciated the time together. We chose this restaurant over places that would have charged twice as much for a large group. I highly recommend it!
It’s one of our favorite places for Mexican food in New Braunfels
This place is absolutely the best in town. The salsa is amazing, queso is awesome and the street tacos are just so great! We come quite often and have never had anything bad to say.
Great service, excellent foot, upscale dining. A small suggestion for the ambiance would be a more upscale decor dining area/ dining tables?
Family dinner with my wife’s parents.
This is our favorite place for Mexican in New Braunfels.
Good as it normally is. No complaints!
Great place and a great happy hour. Green sauce that comes with the street tacos is amazing.
The food is always delicious and the service outstanding!
Street tacos are amazing! Best salsa in New Braunfels
Outstanding food and service. Great night
This is, without a doubt, the best Mexican food place in Texas!
One of our orders was wrong but we understand the mistake because both dishes were talked about before my son decided on the fried Chimichanga. He got the Burrito instead. He didn’t want to make a fuss and said it was good. On a very uplifting note, my daughter-in-law ordered the tortilla soup and was disappointed in the broth. We were going to take the soup home for someone else to try, and she ordered beef tacos which she enjoyed. The surprise came when we were not charged for the soup! Wow! That is definitely wanting to please the customer and have them come back. Very kind! My fajitas were to perfection! Loved your chips!
We will be back!
Hands down the best Mexican food in New Braunfels!! Our favorite restaurant. It is the place we take our visiting friends and family.
Carlos is the best server too!
You won’t be disappointed
Sunday night so it wasn’t as busy as a Friday or Saturday. Everything was good. My friend stated that the chicken tortilla soup tasted like menudo. Which she didn’t like. But, we told Paco and he said he would check into it.
And on Sunday’s all day is Happy Hour!
First time fining at this restaurant and my family was very impressed with the food. The mango ceviche was fantastic. The devil's Backbone fajiyas were amazing as were the street tacos. We will be back!
We were a large group of 8. The service was okay but nothing outstanding. I would have ordered a 2nd beer but our server wasn't around. Several in our group ordered the taco soup but complained it was only luke warm.
I think overall most like their food but nut sure they would reorder.
I have ate here before and the food and service was great.
Perhaps this was just an off night.
One of the better tex-mex restaurants in town with a good house margarita.
Great service, outstanding food and prices right. We will definitely be back.
This restaurant wait time is very busy, using the Open table is the best way to avoid a dinner wait.
The bartenders are friendly and point out specials they have. Make good suggestions.
The food is spectacular.
Very tasty, good service, made a reservation on line earlier in the day and this made it so easy to get to our table!
Food is good, took a bit long to get our orders, for it being just a cup of soup and a flauta... Servers are so sweet.
It was great as normal had a long term waiter that has it together.
Great food and great service. Don't miss this local gem.
Celebrated family birthdays and La Fontana had our seats ready and excellent food an d service. Really great restaurant!
The food wAs excellent
I made reservations for a group of 14 on graduation saturday. They were ready for us before we arrived, our drinks were refilled, orders were hot and arrived fairly close together, the food was good, and splitting the check was convenient. We were very pleased.
Food was incredible. The owner (Isreal) has created a wonderful menu fratures classic Tex-Mex and traditional Mexican food.
