Very, very disappointed. The food stations were half full of older, lukewarm food. Seat tops were not maintained. Coffee was empty.
Last time here was great. So we booked for my mother’s 80th. So very disappointed. Won’t be back. The only reason I didn’t give one star for service is because they were very apologetic and brought a nice cheesecake for my mother. But no excuse for the shabby food and stations.
Ive eaten at several buffets and this was probably the worst. Empty platters, minimal choices for vegetables (besides salad) and messes on the stations and in the floor.
The buffet was highly recommended by daughter-in-law and we are so glad we had the opportunity to experience the delicious food, the ambiance, and friendliness of the staff. We will certainly recommend the buffet to friend going to Vegas.
There was nothing special about this buffet. Limited food options compared to others. The king crab legs were not meaty.
The crab legs were very disappointing. They were very small & were cold. They also appeared to have been frozen so they lacked in flavor. Not happy with that selection and I really looked forward to eating crab legs too. :(
Otherwise everything else was really good. I had a crepe for desert and it was too big. I asked the chef to make a half size one and he couldn’t understand me (or English). Prime rib and roast beef👍🏻
As a thought, it’d be nice if you had a soft serve machine for like ice cream or even sorbet.
We were there for the weekend breakfast. There food offerings were nothing special, which we would have expected for the price charged and the fact that it was a weekend breakfast.
Many of the food items on the line were COLD and that was frustrating.
The omlette station, while the chef was excellent, it was a very long line and only one person working the station. It was frustrating to have to wait so long.
I would not recommend as of now. It is just not as good as it used to be. Self serve beverage is not what I was expecting. I have eaten breakfast there several times over the last ten years and I will not be going back.
Had a great time as always but they have switched to a self service mode for all your drinks. Other than clearing your plates what value does the staff that isn’t behind the counter really provide?
Paris is supposed to be French. They couldn't even provide Brie cheese in the cheese platter, something which is available at the next door Trader Joes. The buffet was full of American food items. Looked like a Thanksgiving feast! Don't come here. You'll get the same food at any Golden Corral for a fraction of the cost!
The staff was wonderful but the food was mediocre. I know these days it's hard to feed lots of people but we were very disappointed in the food. Lots of choices but unfortunately most were not very good.
We did enjoy the ice cream though!!
Three to four years ago, I would have recommended Le Village Buffet. About 2 years ago when I previously visited, I noticed that the buffet started offering free alcoholic drinks (mimosas). I don't drink alcohol, but I knew that by offering these drinks that the quality of the food would take the hit, as well as service. So this most recent visit, I did not feel I got value for my money. Sorry Vegas visitors, buffets on the Strip have all taken a tumble. Their competitive antics to attract crowds worked for a short time, but was not sustainable. One of the main reasons we came to Le Village Buffet was for the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the food itself was pretty regular. Of course, nobody can complain about the snow crab legs and the prime rib, but other than that, eat here only if you're really hungry, but don't be surprised that for the same money, you can probably get a better meal at a themed restaurant (just not all you can eat).
We enjoyed our experience here two years ago, but this time only to find out it has gone significantly downhill. Drink service is completely gone as it has been replaced with self-serve machines and hot chocolate packets. It was really upsetting to learn only 2 sweet fillings and 1 savory filling were offered at the crepe station, and all of them were very basic. When we questioned if any more offerings were going to be added during the day, we received feedback that any other offerings were cost prohibitive to keep the buffet open. What am I paying the expensive buffet price for? Obviously this was a huge disappoint for our group of return customers that really lacked in the value paid for this experience.
I was disappointed ,nobody was at the crepe section to make crepes. I was there for almost ten waiting.
There was not a hostess to seat us for 15 min. Once we paid and got in line. Server did not come to our table for 10 more minutes. For a more upscale buffet the service is lacking. Food was good but not great for the cost.
Fantastic food! Great service. Would highly recommend the prime rib.
We were a family of 9 for a family reunion & w/e wedding celebration.
I really don’t know where to begin but I will say this place was way below standard for the Paris hotel, just inedible in general.
It was a disaster!!
We walked around the dining where plates were left with bitten food and desserts and just left.
Don’t waste your money here!!
LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE! Would definitely recommend planning your trip so that you can have a reservation though! We did and skipped about a 60 person line. Food was amazing! Could eat their homemade crepes (from their crepe station) all day long! DELICIOUS 😋 complimentary mimosas! A Vegas must!
Went for breakfast half an hour after opening. Very little fresh fruit and they were still putting food out over an hour after opening. So if you went early the selection of cold food/fruit was very limited. Many items had the wrong labels and staff could give ingredient advice when asked. Self serve for hot and cold drinks. Management appear not to care. Really disappointed after past experience here. Waste of money, would not recommend and will never go back.
Food was excellent, tasty, crab legs were fresh, desserts were plentiful.
Staff was attentive
I went in with expectations of French cuisine, but what I found was average at best. I should not have expected quality French food at only $30/plate, but will not return.
Not a lot of food variety compared to past years at the buffet... Not worth the price of dining ... Would not return
The food, what we were able to taste, was amazing. The flow of people throughout the restaurant, however, was abysmal, moving in both directions, people pretty much ignoring manners in the quest for food, cutting in line going by people who were waiting their turn at the meat station, for instance. Many of the serving dishes were empty and not being replaced, even though it was early evening. The staff, the empty food dishes and the overall lack of cleanliness looked more like the end of a very long day rather than prime dinner time (we were there at 6:30 in the evening). The desert station was the worst. There were several discarded, soggy cones in the ice cream machine which made it look like a trash receptacle. The macaron platters were virtually empty...the few remaining macarons had been assembled incorrectly (upside down) and looked and tasted very unappetizing. The eclairs must have been from days past, not fresh at all. We went there on a Wednesday evening. It's sad to think that perhaps because it wasn't the weekend, the staff and management didn't care to make their weekday guests' experience as memorable as their weekend or out-of-town visitors.
I have attended the Le Village Breakfast Buffet at the Paris Hotel in Vegas many times over the past 10 years because it was so good. However, the last couple of times I went, I could see many changes that were not for the better. After this last visit, I will not be going back again. Although the food that was there was good, the choices were far fewer than on previous visits, and it took quite awhile for things to be replenished once they were gone. There were no waitresses at all and you had to wait in line to get coffee and juice. At the price of around $23 it was not worth it.
Food was very good! Prime Rib and crab were cooked perfect. Used Groupon for better price but worth full price!
I had heard some good things. It was better than some, worse than others. Would I go back? Probably not. Really a one and done. I really wanted to like it. Service was a tad snippy. The crepe at the end was great. Truly outstanding. A redeeming trait.
Service took for ever to change our plates. We had to move entree dishes to a nearby table as everyone.
The food and service was excellent. With a wide variety of main dishes, side, and deseets, you couldn't go wrong!
Reviews that I read before scared me a bit but I am so happy that I went anyway. I am french and I found that the food was very good. The Staff was friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.
The food has its provincial characters and is very delicious. The service is good and responsive. Providing champagne for brunch is absolute a big plus.
This old girl she is not what she used to be. As most things Caesars this has fallen from grace. Find an alternative. Sad to say but we enjoyed the Excalibur buffet over this one on this trip.
Great selection of food. Definitely appreciated being able to make a reservation. Make the buffet experience so much more pleasurable.
This was a wonderful departure from the normal, run of the mill buffet in Vegas.
It was relaxing and the food was wonderful.
Piano Music was a treet
This buffet used to be far better and was one of our favorite eating places - that has all changed as it has gone downhill since our last visit 2 years ago.
I understand the intent of the casino to save money but the lack of serving staff and lowering of food quality have made this the last time I will visit The Village Buffet.
I was surprised to find no line for entry at 11.00am on a Sunday but now I know why people have stopped going.
Horrible service from start to finish
Love the breakfast brunch buffet. They have a large selection and the food is great.
Food and service was good. Except that my glass of wine was stolen from my table while I was in line for my meal and no one saw anything.
Excellent food. Would come back again. Enjoyed my time here
I was very disappointed with this purchase. The food was terrible! The snow crabs were served cold and sliced in half. I’m from the South and I’ve never seen half snow crabs served. The place was crowded and the staff seemed to be short handed because it took forever for our waitress to come back to our table. I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
Great place with good price and service! I love the paint on the wall. Food is not bad.
