Rudy’s is the premier steakhouse in town and one of the best new restaurants in Salem. They take great pride in their award-winning steaks! They age all the beef in-house and hand-cut it daily. They make the soups from scratch as well as all their gourmet sauces and salad dressings and they use only the finest ingredients in all of their creations. Their infused cocktails are also a must-try! The Marionberry lemon Drop pairs perfectly with the Marionberry Cobbler or the Blueberry Bread Pudding. It is a great place to go for a truly elegant fine dining experience in Salem.

It’s a locally owned and operated eatery in Hillsboro that specializes in scratch made comfort foods as well as fresh, local fare.
