Taking a spin on classic, mostly French dishes, Vivian is doing something new in Asheville. Located on Depot Street, the restaurant grew from the pop-up-turned-trailer called Salt and SMoke. This new brick-and-mortar restaurant offers a super friendly atmosphere with clean, modern decor. It is a welcome addition to the River Arts District and many locals believe they have the best brunch in Asheville. The menu features a diverse array of options, including Nordic Deviled Eggs, a Duck Confit Salad, a delicious Croque Madame, and plenty of fantastic brunch cocktails worth checking out!
