Although it’s a neighborhood eatery, it maintains a romantic ambiance with cozy seating and an upscale casual dress code. For a romantic brunch on Sunday, head to Mr. B’s Bistro for the Jazz Brunch. It doesn't get more New Orleans than a late-morning meal in the French Quarter while listening to jazz. We try to go to brunch at Mr. B's Bistro as often as we can. It's always a delight.

At R’evolution, Chef Folse and Chef Tramonto have found adventurous ways to elevate Creole cooking to a level that would look at home in the kitchen of a top Parisian restaurant. Entrees like Red Fish Orleans and Shrimp & Grits prove that Creole cooking has a romantic aspect to it. If couples want to try something unique, they should order the Sheep Ricotta Gnocchi with Lobster or Crab & Burrata Raviolini. Really, though, guests can’t go wrong with anything on the menu at R’evolution. Everything we've eaten at R'evolution has been impressive.

A lot of restaurants claim that they support the farm-to-table movement. After a little research, though, guests learn that they only buy a percentage of their ingredients from local farms. At Ye Olde College Inn, the ingredients come directly to the kitchen from a farm located by the restaurant. It doesn’t get any fresher than that. Since Ye Olde College Inn gets so many of their ingredients from the farm, they serve a seasonal menu that changes throughout the year. Couples will never make a bad decision when they choose the daily special. Depending on the day and time of year, feel free to visit the farm that supplies Ye Olde College Inn Restaurant & Bar. They don’t mind visitors who have taken an interest in their food. We're glad we took time to see it.
