Dinner was fantastic, the seafood risotto, creamy with perfectly seared sea scallops and shrimp. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive.

Outside seating only which was mostly nice but noise level from cars going by was too high. I would have preferred to sit out back but those tables appeared to be for groups of 3 , 4 or more.

Ate on the street side, outdoors. The food is very good, the staff very good, and we had a good time. Next time I hope to dine on the backside of the restaurant which looked to have a bit more ambience.

Great outside dining setup. We sat at one of the six tables on the front porch which was covered from the rainy night. There are small heaters under each table which were ok on a 44 degree night. Dress warmly! Outdoor lights are pretty and menu is huge. We were very happy with the selections and our choices. Our waitress was very nice, brought a candle in the dessert as we were celebrating our son's birthday. Great place to eat! We will be back!

Lucia's has the best alfredo sauce anywhere. Period. With the shrimp and lobster, it is my all time favorite meal at a restaurant. The back patio area is very nice, great vibe. Matt and staff always do a great job.

lobster was not fresh. martini too sweet. steak was med ordered med rare. too expensive to not have outstanding quality of the food. atmosphere and staff are lovely but the food has gone downhill. too many other places in the area we won't be back.

Lucia's is such a wonderful restaurant. Outside dining has such a great cozy feeling, attentive wait staff and and lots of outside heaters to keep you warm. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dinner Friday night at Lucias! We ate out on the back patio which was set up so nicely, great spacing and cozy ambiance. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Lucia's recently. Due to COVID we dined outside on the sidewalk. In light of the circumstance, we had a very pleasant experience. The food, as usual, was delicious and the service attentive.

Outdoor seating was safely spread out and very pretty, with heaters set up for colder weather. The harvest chicken was phenomenal and our server Jamie was excellent! Overall great experience - will be back soon!

Why go to the North End? Save your money, avoid the traffic and difficulty parking. There is better Italian food just around the corner. Nice music by Pat Gallagher and Gwenn Vivian!

Always outstanding! They did an awesome job with outdoor seating and making that available through the pandemic. I hope it they can keep the outdoor seating beyond 2020.

Food and cocktails were quite good- our server was very attentive yet new so still learning the menu - my favorite place these days...covid has not impacted the food quality...not true of many places...

Food was wonderful per usual. Jewel in the crown for Italian cuisine in Central Massachusetts. I am thankful for their fine food.

The lobster stack & steak was incredible. We ate out back with live dinner music and it was a real treat to get out and enjoy life again. We just can't find anything on Lucia's menu that we don't love.

Closest feel and ambience to an actual Italian restaurant of anyplace I have visited outside Italy. Excellent food, wine, and service. Outstanding music on patio in pandemically responsible setting.

The Back Alley Bistro is a wonderful idea. Tastefully decorated makes it feel like you are in Italy. As always the food was fantastic. Complements to the Chef!

We chose the back alley sitting and it was like being in Italy. They had local musicians playing and it set the mood for such a romantic date. We had a great time.
