I always love dinner at Maggie's. The food is great, and the staff always top notch, even on Christmas Eve.
Great, warm, place to eat. Loved the menu and the ambiance!
Our first experience with Maggie's was arriving only to discover that they had no record of our reservation. The food was well prepared, but in our opinions, overpriced due to very small portions. The service was excellent, staff very friendly. One thing that truly surprised us, there was an overwhelming smell of mustiness/mold that permeated the dining area... reminiscent of dining in an old, damp basement. I would not recommend Maggie's to anyone with allergies or respiratory issues.
This was our first time at Maggie’s. The restaurant was way more casual than I anticipated, however that is not bad. The food is excellent! We got the crab cakes and tornadoes fillet Dijon. Both were excellent, however the portion size of the beef for the price is too small. The crab cakes were terrific and I will go back, but will not order beef again. The service was great. Really my only complaint is that they do not offer a portion of beef/steak/tenderloin that is big enough for the price that is charged.
My husband's scallop dish was good. My cream of crab soup was bland...too pasty. The ribs St Louis style were not good. Like they had been boiled, not cooked properly and the sauce was like what I can buy at the store
The food and atmosphere were great and our waiter Travis was fantastic. Would recommend the Memphis short ribs!! And 1/2 price bottles of wine on Saturdays
We have been to Maggie’s a few times. In the past, we have enjoyed the crab cakes, the seafood Neptune, the ribs with Caribbean jerk sauce, the tournedos Dijonaise. This time, we had the Moroccan stewed vegetables and ribs with BBQ sauce. The stew was ok but the rice that came with it was wet and soggy. I didn’t like the BBQ sauce on the ribs as much as the jerk sauce. Our waiter, Travis, was very nice and professional.
The food and atmosphere were wonderful. It was a but loud in the bar area but very nice in the dining room. The chicken Chesapeake was delicious. Service was excellent. Molly was very attentive and friendly.
Anniversary dinner, simple but good.
One meal arrived cold, and while we didn’t understand why it couldn’t be reheated or replaced, the replacement meal was fine.
Real tablecloths - rather than vinyl-like covers - would be nice.
Food was delicious. We all had the crab cake. It was wonderful!!!!
Food was adequate, service was ok. the place was very loud and at times sort of rowdy at the. The room we were in was not too nice. Will not go back.
We always enjoy seafood night. Good food at a good price.
Maggie’s is always a hit Chicken Champagne is one of the best chicken dishes made anywhere...so delicate and delicious.
Travis is an excellent, attentive waiter. Thanx, Travis!!
Charming place to have lunch with friends. Some food was excellent - Quiche - salads , some OK - soup .
I love the variety of choices on the menu and the character of the restaurant. Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious.
The wine list wasn’t good. The food was too salty. Our waiter was attentive though.
Visit was as expected from previous review. Food was great, service was very nice. Scallops were unique and good portion. We were worried at first walking through the loud bar area, but the bar noise in the dining room was not noticeable
Travis gave us first class service. The calamari appetizer is excellent!
Crab cakes always excellent! Greta service from Greg!
We had excellent service from Greg[!!}, as always. The crab cakes were excellent!
Maggie's is consistently very good.
As usual our experience. We have arranged for several get togeathers at Maggies, all were successful.
Maggie’s is always a favorite of ours! We know that we are going to expect a delicious meal and they never disappoint! In fact, any time we try something new we always say, we should have gone to Maggie’s instead, at least we know it would have been great. It is consistently good and unfortunately that isn’t easy to find these says. Thank you!!
Our reservation was for 3 people; there was 2 place settings on the table. We had to flag down another member of the wait staff to get another place setting, because we were unable to find our waitress. We were there for 2 hours; waitress came once to get drink and food orders, once to deliver drinks, once to deliver food, once to deliver bill, and once to pick up payment. We were drinking water, hot tea, and iced tea; not once were our glasses refilled, which must be a restaurant policy, because wait staff has never refilled my glass on previous visits to Maggie's. When waitress saw I had a gift card, she insisted on taking the gift card before presenting me with the bill. I was adamant and told the waitress I MUST see the bill before providing payment. (I wanted to see the bill first, to ensure the gift card covered the cost, and to calculate the gratuity). The only good thing about the experience was the food (delicious and plentiful). The service was unsatisfactory, which is a shame, because the restaurant didn't seem that busy.
Maggie’s is Maggie’ and hopefully will always be Maggie’s and stay the same.
Just Ok in a tight table area. Time for Maggies to redo that dining area. The third couple finally accepted the squeezed table to the left of the fireplace. But only after pulling out the table did they fit. Tight seating overall.
Maggie's is a favorite of my in-laws, who live in the area. We stopped in for lunch and were very happy with our meal. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of what's on the menu but flavors were good.
The soup appetizer (cream of crab )was lukewarm at best.
Up for theater in Westminster. Followed Open Table recommendations. It was quite enjoyable and the prices were reasonable. The waitress and greeter bent over backward to make us feel comfortable and have an enjoyable meal. The bird's nest side was terrific. The Maryland crab soup had a little to much Old Bay for my taste, but others may like it that way. The crab cake was very good with lots of crab and few fillers.
The crab cakes we're outstanding. We will definitely be returning.
Excellent service as always.... Good to see our favorite waiter, Greg, who was not on duty, but stopped by to say hello 👋....
Maggie's wasn't very busy but the service was extremely slow. We were there probably an hour longer than it should have taken to order, eat dinner, order dessert and then eat most of that and box it up to take home. The food was always delicious but our server this last visit was not very attentive or quick with service. She also seemed to have trouble hearing our party members' requests at times, which resulted in requests that would have taken one trip, taking multiple trips.
Maggie's is just a fall-back when dining in Westminster. Nothing special, foods okay, good for a change once in a while
The server was friendly, the crab cakes and fri s were excellent, the salad was fresh and the crab soup was too salty. The place is cute and cozy but the dining room was cold on a rainy day. Had to wear our jackets to stay warm. A vent above II table was dripping water on my wife - they did offer to move us.
Had a great evening with family. The food and service was treat!
The food was very good food, the service was excellent.
I took my family and mother to Maggie's for Mother's Day brunch, and am glad I did.
Haleigh provided great service, and everyone enjoyed the meal. I had the quiche with tomatoes, broccoli and pepperjack cheese. It was great!
My wife & I also took advantage of the bloody mary bar. I had never seen that. What a great idea!
We will return.
We were at Maggie’s on a Tuesday night. The 1/2 price burgers were the best I have ever had. Also excellent waitress.
