Maki Sushi Bar & Grill

Let me first start off by saying I love this restaurant’s sushi! It’s amazing, which is the reason I keep giving it another chance. The problem is their service. So slow, and they treat you as almost if you are not even there. After 35 minutes of waiting we left, because the host said it would just be a few minutes and turned into a ridiculous amount of time. This is the third time this happens to us, the last two times we waited, this time I just got so frustrated that we left.

Getting together with friends. Most rolls were priced right some too high. Beer very expensive

Food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Martinis were not the greatest but don’t forget this is a sushi bar so stick with basics drinks. Service was good but not great only because there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant. I would’ve expected a few especially for a Saturday night.

My husband was craving sushi, and I wanted to try somewhere different- if you want sushi on the north shore, this is where it’s at. Staff were friendly, service was great, food was sooooo good and super fresh, made to order. All of the plates the sushi chefs were banging out looked amazing. We tried their specials for Halloween and the boat for two- so much food! Drinks hit the spot! Will totally be going back!

Maki always has outstanding food.
Service is slow right now likely due to all the take out business they have had to now cater to. So expect dinner to take an hour even with very few tables being served inside...

The service and sushi were both excellent! The sushi roll menu is huge!

Maki has the best sushi and even if you don't like sushi, I would recommend it. Best sushi in the area in my opinion.

Went with 5 other ppl and got firecracker roll, crab Rangoon roll, crazy roll and spicy tuna roll. It was amazing! Service was good & food came out pretty fast.

Waitstaff was terrible. Left before the main course was served because it took so long

Normally a go-to place we like. Hopefully it gets back to the way it used to be...

This is my favourite sushi place.
I eat here at least once a month with my son and my grand daughter.
I decided to come on a whim after work on Friday, Valentine's Day, and I am thrilled that I did: this place never disappoints and I highly recommend it ‼️

My wife and I went to Maki for Valentine’s Day. We’ve been here before for sushi happy hour and it’s definitely our new favorite place. The staff is AWESOME, so friendly and they provide great service. We’ll definitely be back again and again!

Jeff was our server, very warm and friendly! So attentive and was sure to check on us a number of times. Our food was delicious! So fresh and the kamakazie roll was incredible! The ambiance was so contemporary and soothing. The tempura Oreos and vanilla bean ice cream!!! Try it as you will not regret it!

We used to come before it was renovated and love it even more now!
Friendly staff and absolutely delicious food.
We have never been disappointed and we highly recommend this.
