Glad to see the Maple Leaf is back at a level I remember from 20 years ago

The Maple Leaf has always been one of the best resturants in Banff, however I believe it is now the BEST in Banff! The new menu items were outstanding. The service was exceptional. If you are going to Banff, The Maple Leaf is a must !

Great atmosphere, very friendly welcome team. Food was pretty delicious!

We had crab cakes and the scallops for appetizers. Ribs and salmon for entrees.

The maple mustard salmon was OUTSTANDING and tasted amazing. The soy-sauce rub on the ribs were a little too salty, I would have preferred it to be less salty and a little sweeter.

The scallops tasted great, but were a little small. Crab cakes had awesome flavour as well.

Overall, the experience was great. Friendly, professional, welcoming, good food. I'd definitely recommend this spot to a friend!

We go to Banff all the time but have, until this past weekend, never tried the Maple Leaf. It did not disappoint. High quality ingredients and appropriately attentive staff

The calamari was salty, but they comp'd it.
Any complaint was well taken care off.

Amazing service and food!

It just seems that every time we go, the food is a bit “lesser.” Our crab dip was very dry- almost glued to the dish. For $24, they give you 3 shrimp in the prawn linguine. My husband said he would have preferred a “5 guys” burger over the one he ordered. All the staff were very pleasant- ambience was nice.

We had the salmon and steak and it was amazing. Cooked perfectly and soooo tasty. The plate looked great and a good variety of veggies on the plate and all seasons perfectly. We will be back for sure!!

The restaurant was beautiful and service was amazing.

Food was good. We were there for a locals special, so value for money was given. However our server (Koji?) was not very attentive and seemed annoyed from the beginning. He also poked on of the guests with a steak knife when he was switching it out with the regular knife and when clearing the table his arm was on top of one's guest head. Not professional at all! He also tried clearing drinks that were not empty yet and didn't do any small talk or showed interest at all. Maybe he just had a bad day, but he was not a great asset to the restaurant and he might be the reason we will not return.

Wonderful dinner! Very accommodating. Even recognized my husband’s birthday. Foid was amazing. Fantastic service. Will definitely return.

Had a great dinner to start off a short trip away to the mountains. Food was tasty and the service was excellent. Have been here before and will be back again.

For some reason the food wasn’t as good as we’ve had there before. It was still good but I was a bit disappointed .

Great restaurant overall. Food was amazing and I don't say that very often! They gave us complimentary champaign for our anniversary, very nice touch. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice in Banff. John our waiter was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing. Food was fantastic.

I was quite nervous bringing a very energetic 3 year old and an 8 month old to a more upscale restaurant but it was actually great! They were very welcoming of the kids and we were in a perfect booth location upstairs that gave us space to spread out. They brought the kids food out first and for $8 I couldn’t believe the size of the kids burger. Our food was also delicious and well priced for the quality of food.

We had the three-course special, which was amazing! We had the PEI muscles, the strip loin, and the chocolate soufflé.

The service was great, and they were respecting all Covid protocols.

We love this restaurant and will definitely be back. The food is always good and the service exceptional. Jackie, our server was fast, efficient and friendly. We had a great time talking with her.

Very lovely dinner. Great special in place - great value for money. Delicious, hot, lovely. The ONLY thing I could say was it was a little bright. I feel like it used to be a little bit more warmly lit before IE the lights we more dim and would have added to the ambiance.

Overall the experience made our 10th wedding anniversary dinner one to remember.

Reserved a table for 6 for a 60th birthday celebration. We had a private you upstairs. Our waitress was very good with recommendations on the wine and some of the courses. She helped take family photos. Would definitely eat there again.

We had a dinner at Maple Leaf to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Everything there was fantastic.

Food tasted good but was served cold..
During covid the last this you want to see is a glass brought to you with lipstick stain on it. Would rather have booked some place else.
