Have been to Mazaar multiple times - have to be honest, this time was not that great.. Would be great if the employees can keep their conversations down.. as a customer, I am not interested in their personal life stories or shift issues..
Food was ok.. meat served was like rubber.. everything was fine up to the point of the main course..
Server seemed to check often in the beginning, but did not offer personalized attention till when it was ready for us to leave.. This was not because the place was too busy or understaffed.
Excellent food and great friendly service. The bread and garlic sauce are amazing!!
Always a great experience. Excellent food and service.
It was a real let down. Poor service and over priced
Very nice restaurant and atmosphere. The food was delicious and the portions were good. The waitress was very friendly. Very happy with our dining experience. We will be back.
Quality of the food is excellent. Really enjoyed our evening. We did have to wait a while for our server to take our order. Group at the table next to us came in well after us, but received their food well before us. Not sure what that was all about. Would still come back though and recommend this place.
Once again Mazaar delivers on... everything. Even the price is sinfully inexpensive for the quality!
Very good food! Expensive for the amount you get...
Birthday service and food was amazing
This is one of my and my husband’s favourite restaurants. Earlier this year, we ( the food was delicious and many of our guests commented positively on the food & the staff. Thank you Mazaar!
Just a little wait for debit mashing and bill
Enjoyed food and family
The service was good. The seating on the booths could be replace due to major cracking. The food came quick and was fresh. Pitas were replenished before asking. The only issue I had was that the rice was a different recipe than before. It was my favourite thing on the menu and was not as good as it used to be.
Inconsistent. Food changes every time. This used to be my favourite Lebanese restaurant and we dine here once a month and when I worked in the plaza, weekly. It gets worse and worse monthly except once where the food tasted like the past. Our friends agree. I always ask if there is a new chef and they say no therefore just plane inconsistent. Food was terrible the orher night. Rice beyrani was sweet and nothing like before. Shush twook lacked the usual spices, houmous beyrouti lacked garlic (and you pay more for this), not sure what the baba ganouge was, definitely not normal, beef shush kabob was just ok and knee was just ok. I’m speaking on behalf of 4 guests. Wine choices poor as well. Sorry for this review. I held off long enough the past 4 visits.
Food was slower than usual. Waitress didn't give any explanation or issue an apology. She was generally aloof and disinterested.
The food was excellent as always. However the service was poor. The waitstaff was more interested in clearing and resetting tables rather than taking our orders or even bringing water.
The young man waiting on us finally came to take drink orders and left quickly before we could order an appetizer. When he came back with drinks, I had to quickly call him back to order the appetizer. Then we had to wait to order lunch. He was pleasant enough but it felt like we were an imposition not customers.
Not usually our experience at Mazaar, but very disappointing.
Great meal. Rice was a bit dry to our liking butwas good. Had dou platter plenty of food.beef was tender and chicken moist
Everything was very good except the waitress was not very friendly..
Service and food were excellent. Overall good experience. Waiter was very accommodating, attentive and personable. Only one complaint....temperature was cold. We will visit restaurant again.
Great food as always... service was slow but food came quickly to make up for it.
Booked this online which was super easy! Seated and waited on right away. Food was quick and amazing. Nice atmosphere and very convenient in that location!
Had a great Dinner. Waitress was great!! Should make a different rice for those who do not like the one on the menu.
Will be back to try another meal. Thank you
Great Food and Service
Always a great place to go. Food is always exceptional. The servers are efficient and pleasant without being overbearing.
Everything you want in a quality restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, great service and a price point consistent with the quality.
Excellent. Always great but the chefs must change days they work. This visit tastier than December visit.
We were seated then waited 15 minutes before a waiter came by. Our drink order was taken and it took another 15 minutes to get a glass of wine and an ice tea. The appetizers both came out ice cold. We let him know 15 minutes later when he came back with our bread. The salad was great the main dishes were amazing. Then we sat again for a long time we were never checked on along with many tables in our area. When our waiter came back he asked if we wanted desert. After desert we sat again I managed to get someone's attention to get a refill on ice tea but ended up with pepsi. The waiter came by and asked if I wanted the bill I let him know I would like my glass of champagne that was included with meal. This was the worst experience I had with Mazaar. The waiter should of been more attentive. Our reservation was at 7:30 we walked out at 10:00 due to the fact that we sat and waited for our waiter. We were sat in a corner booth which was nice until I was blocked in by a high chair. Will not go back
Good as always .................................I don’t have that much to say
My brother’s 40th. 8 people barely any acknowledged out arrive. It took a long while before someone took our dink order and app order. They took my brother’s coat and tossed it on a chair next to the door. They forgot to return my brother’s gifts as we were leaving. Overall the service was not good.
Service was poor.. we felt like an inconvenience. The amount of food was not worth the value. Honestly, even stingy with the rice... although there was nothing wrong with the taste overall not worth a return.
Love MAZAAR Restaurant excellent food & atmosphere!
Everything was excellent except for the Hostess was short with my guest upon arrival.
We ordered the bbq platter and as usual not disappointed. (Always get the beef done medium) which came with a new salad which was delicious . The Purple Haze martini was delicious. The table for 2 is in close proximity of each other, our neighbors were very friendly and fun. All in all a pleasant evening. Our waiter did not hover or rush us which was nice. Thank you again and Merry Christmas.
Firstly, the music was extremely loud and annoying. Music in a restaurant needs to be in the background and soft. Secondly, the plate did not have any vegetables on it. Just some rice, the kafta and some raw onion. Please include a decent serving of vegetables in your plate. The meal is incomplete and unbalanced without it. Also, the service was lacking. We were not given water till we asked for it nor bread. No garlic sauce was served either, till we asked for it. The servers did not have time to devote to the diners and seemed rushed. A truly disappointing experience overall this time.
Would definitely go back, the service and food were amazing and I loved the music being played by someone with a Saxaphone..
The food was very good and our waiter was very efficient and personable.
We really enjoyed our evening. The food was excellent, different and very tasty. Definitely not the run of the mill. Lauren provided us with great service and good suggestions. We will be back.
had reservations, no wait. greeted with a smile. Waitress was superb. Food was delicious. What more could I ask for....definitely will be back
It's always a treat eating at Mazaar's. The food tastes so fresh....and the oven baked pitas, oh so delicious!!
