Double Cheddar Cheese + Grilled Vidalia Onion + Horseradish Mustard + Served with Southwestern Fries
Goat Cheese Queso Fundido
Rajas, Blistered Serrano Vinaigrette + Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
The food and experience was great! The NY strip was cooked perfectly. The halibut was a bit under seasoned, but tasted very good. The blue corn muffin tasted great but was very dry.
Amazing experience as always. We found out Bobby is closing our absolute favorite place to eat when we come to Vegas so we drove our to enjoy one last meal. As always the food was delicious and the service exceptional.
This dining experience was worth every penny. The food was perfect, the staff were amazing and professional and the atmosphere matched the food. Best wait staff we have had, water was always full and table was always clear and ready for the next item. They never hovered yet were always there when needed with what was needed. 16 spice chicken and the roasted brussel sprouts are highly recommended.
Definitely a must! Everything we had was absolutely delicious and well worth the price!
The food and ambience were great, but our server was far from; he came off as dismissive. Aside from a general sense of “not wanting to be there:” After our food arrived he never returned to check up on our food; he never offered us a second round of drinks; he asked who’s birthday it was, but never followed up with any celebratory event; and we were not provided a receipt. He might have been having a bad night, but his service, or lack thereof, severely diminished the enjoyment of our dining experience.
Mesa grill was not what my husband and I expected. We were sooooo let down. We were really looking forward to it. Sorry Bobby flay, but your menu was not exciting at all.
Place is beautiful. Service was outstanding! Never had to ask for anything. Had the Halibut at the recommendation of the server. Oh my gosh was it so delicious. The sauce had a spice that built the more you ate it. But the bites with the avocado helped cool it off. I am very low on the spice scale. My husband loves spicy and he thought it wasn’t spicy. I also recommend the cilantro mashed potatoes. They were creamy and flavorful. The NY strip was also very tasty. It was a little unevenly cooked but the taste was outstanding. It is expensive, but it was definitely worth it to do at least once. My dog and I love watching Bobby Flay compete, so it was a bucket list to try one of his restaurants.
The food was beyond delicious. The flavors we have craved through Bobby Flay’s cookbooks and shows came to life!!! We are extremely pleased with the food and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. A bit more energy in the staff might be good but wearing a mask trying to transmit cheer is no fun! We are already recommending the place to everybody we know!
I just heard they will be closing next month for a redo and change to an Italian Seafood restaurant. Bobby always does it right!
Halibut served barely warm. Halibut was good.
Shrimp Tamale was good. Lacked heat.
Choc desert was outstanding.
Altogether menu was boring.
Can’t believe this is the last time I get to eat here. The coconut cake was my absolute favorite. The end of an era. One of my favorite restaurants ever.
Pork tenderloin was great and margaritas amazing. Dessert 3 layer coconut cake
The food was outstanding! Flavors you won’t find just anywhere! Waiting staff was prompt and professional. It was a nice quiet dinner. I would highly recommend!
I try and go here every trip to Vegas. Service was outstanding and attentive and best I have had there. It might be due to half of the tables removed so not nearly as busy or cramped. The noise level due to this was much lower than in past visits. Menu options are limited as of this time and they didn’t have lamb chops which I was looking to have based on previous visits. I had the shrimp with corn tamale for an appetizer which was very good. For dinner, my wife had the 16 spice chicken and I had the Fillet Minion with cilantro mashed potatoes. The chicken was as always really good. The large fillet was seasoned with a spicy rub which was good that needed the mushroom sauce to help cut the heat. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Only complaint is the steak badly needed salt in addition to all the spices. Prices are high but reasonable for a high quality dining experience. I look forward to my next trip here.
Your Caesars Romaine salad was not the best. My wife got the end of the Romaine. One does not like that cut closest to the root (at a Flay Price). OTNT what a meal! Flay, watch your salads.
A little disappointing from a few years back.
The chicken was amazing! Perfect seasoning. Even if you don't like Brussel sprouts, get these, you'll love them!
The 16 spice chicken was fabulous!
We had drinks and apps. Both were exceptional. Thank you.
Total disappointment. Totally underseasoned and underwhelming burger. Expected way more for a $22 burger. And weak margaritas.
One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. As always Great food and service!
Wish it was not in Caesar’s. Brutal experience at hotel and staff at restaurant was disappointing
Food was ok, overpriced, but decent. Not worth the hype. Service was excellent though!!
Great appetizers and food! Got the glazed salmon, it was a little over cooked, but otherwise still good. My husband had the steak and it was delicious. Very tender! Birthday dinner, big fans of Bobby Flay!
Server talked way to fast which is a Nono when wearing a mask. He spent more time at a other table than with us which was quite aggravating - we had dessert elsewhere
Was not very personable - never asked why we were visiting Vegas - it was our 25th anniversary
Not service we’ve experienced in prior. Visits for sure
Thank goodness the food was still spectacular
This place is a great find. The food is excellent and the signature margaritas are the best. I highly recommend this place for everyone that is visiting.
My Salmon was delicious and not overcooked which happens frequently with salmon.
Our waiter was knowledgable but not very personable.
We were sat in the back of the restaurant at a small table that had bench seating and one chair. Not pleasant
If you can go on a Wednesday or Thursday they have a Prix-Fixe dinner that is an excellent value. It includes margarita/wine, appetizer, entree and dessert and pricing is below what you would spend for just entree and cocktail. The food is flavorful and the margaritas are great.
Overall it was good, a little pricey When compared to the amount of food you get there compared to emeril's where I also eat.
Every bite was amazing and unique. The service was top notch. Would highly recommend the queso and the NY steak!! Still drooling
Get the steak. The chicken is a big let down. Do no chase value here and you will love it. The drinks are delicious and strong. Dessert is a MUST here; Simply amazing.
Overall a good experience. I ddint get any pictures of our appetizers but we had the Shrimp and Corn Tamale, Queso Fondido, and Sofia’s Chopped Salad. For entrees we had the Pork Tenderloin and 16-Spice Chicken. Overall the entrees were good. My wife said the potatoes were a little bland that came with the chicken. For dessert we had the chocolate sticky toffee pudding and coconut cake. The toffee pudding was great. It was very moist and tasty. The coconut cake was the worst part of the meal. My wife took one bit and was done. She said it didn’t taste well and she wouldn’t order it again. That is was very dry and didn’t taste like coconut.
We arrived a little late after calling for directions. Caesars is a maze for the visitor! We felt rushed after waiting for our appetizers and cocktails, all of which were delightful. They did a great job accommodating my food allergies. Our only complaint was getting our entrees too quickly, before we were totally done with our apps and cocktails.
Amazing service. All of the wait staff was wonderful. The food was amazing and thats just to say the least. I will definitely be coming back.
Bartender Donna the best
The meal was fabulous. The steaks were phenomenal. Service could be better. Forgot part of the order. Some of the patrons didn’t wear masks when going to the rest room. Other than that, I would highly recommend. The food was fantastic.
Best Sea Bass with a Posole twist. Highly recommend it!!!
Food was delicious. My girlfriend's pallet was happy.
Staff was very inviting and gave excellent recommendations for cocktails, food and complimentary menu choices! Amazing margaritas!
