Mesa Grill - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Combining Flay's signature American cooking style with the tastes of the Southwest and his love of grilling, Mesa Grill offers dishes the will delight the senses and earned the Las Vegas restaurant a place on Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot 100 list. Just as striking as the food at Mesa Grill is the atmosphere.
Designed by renowned restaurant designer David Rockwell, the open space at this Las Vegas restaurant features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest.
This Las Vegas restaurant’s proximity to Mexico gives Mesa Grill access to some of that country's highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings, and the expansive wine list has a global reach yet maintains an emphasis on top American wines.

Guajillo Chile Posole Broth, Mint, Cilantro, Avocado + Crispy Blue Corn
This is my must stop restaurant in Las Vegas. Love the cactus pear margaritas and Green Chile cheeseburgers!
This is by far my most favourite place to dine when in Vegas! Food, ambiance, service are always top notched!
The lamb chop, the tuna nachos (my absolute favourite app) are to die for. I have celebrated many birthdays there!!!
Mesa Grill is a must to go to for either brunch, lunch or dinner. The wait staff will guide you to your perfect meal if it's your first time dining. The best margaritas--even if margaritas are not your drink....you will LOVE them here! The shrimp tamale is is a must do!
Great food, Very good service.
Reservation was on time
1 large table doing shots was quite loud T beginning
Server explained menu
Wines by glass were a good selection
Lobster tacos. And tiger shrimp
Pork tender, oil and 16 spice chicken
Mashed potatoes somewhat bland
Dessert banana pie large enough for 4
So loud it was hard to talk. They could do way, way better in dampening the sound. The food was good but from Bobby Flay I expected more. I am not sure it was worth the price.
Excellent mean, from start to finish!
The mesa grill in Las Vegas has a great location and appeal for a night out without the big big sticker price. However, the value is not close in terms of food.
Ambience and service are A+ food C-
Bobby needs to do a spot check on this one.
Perfect except we were to full for dessert maybe next time.
Bobby Flay How bad can it be? It was really great
Highly recommend. Excellent variety of margaritas. Service and food are outstanding.
Great food. Service was a bit rushed and robotic..
Tables are tight, but food and drinks are delicious! Always a must when we go to Vegas!
The food was good but not worth the price. I think they are trying to be a high end resteraunt, but want the casual customer. Had to stop for a burger afterwards
Interesting innovative Southwest cuisine. Appetizer particularly good. Only negative is that you can smell the cigarette smoke from the casino.
Food is prepped well, but portions are smaller for price paid. Minimal Vegan options although many tout this restaurant as vegan friendly. Service staff is mediocre, seemingly more of a salesperson than a service person.
Absolutely the best meal I have ever eaten
Outstanding food and service
Ambiance is wonderful but occasionally during dinner noise levels got a little high
This was a memorable meal - everything so good ,from drinks to appetizers , meals and dessert. The food was very flavorful without being strong and overpowering.
The tamale shrimp appetizer was very good. Also enjoyed both the salmon and halibut entrees. The coconut cake was delicious!
Food was truly spectacular. One of the best meals we've had.
Service was top notch. We spent $450 for 4 people before tip and that included 2 rib-eye, 1 NY, 1 filet mignon, 4 margaritas, 2 glasses of wine, lobster tacos, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.
Celebrated my daughters 18 birthday and everything was perfect from apps to desert!
We were there for our wedding anniversary!!! Dinner was wonderful. Thank you
The prices were a little high, but overall a good meal. The toasted coconut cake was delicious. The dress code was not enforced. There were a lot of sneakers, t-shirts and ball caps the evening we were there. We made a special effort to look nice while others looked under dressed.
Excellent food excellent staff would highly recommend
I forgot how amazing the weekend brunch menu is. Always a favorite restaurant when in Vegas.
Great menu selections knowledgable staff on the menu and in particular knowledge on nut allergies and overall great dining experience
Brunch was delicious. Creative flavors. Would go again for sure.
The Messa Grill was a great place to enjoy good food with good friends
Mesa grill never disappoints! Truly one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas! I’ve been there twice in the last two weeks. Can’t get enough! Thank you for the most amazing service and food
First time but will definitely be back. Stopped in before the Rod Stewart concert. I had the Tuna and it was amazing. My husband had the 16 spice chicken and enjoyed it. I loved the prickly pear margarita!
Great place to eat before a show. The food was excellent as was the service. Highly recommend it.
We were very impressed with our waitress and the food she suggested. Vegas is loud, so it seemed a little loud in there, but a very good dining experience!
My salmon was delicious and my husbands choice of bone in veal chop was outstanding: preparation/ sauces/ sides- one of those dishes you always remember and compare others to. Great service and warm and lovely room. Will definitely visit on our next trip to Las Vegas
Great food and Brenda was absolutely fabulous server! Mahi mahi was excellent flavor and done perfectly.
Stopped in for a light late lunch after my conference ended. I had the Sophie’s Chopped Salad & Partida Margarita. Both were delicious and the service at the bar was outstanding.
We had high expectations for this meal and it was exceeded. Our waiter James was the best we’ve had in years. And with each bite we found ourselves simply ooohing and awwing.
Great food, great atmosphere and great service!!
Celebrating a wedding engagement
While in Vegas this is a must try. Well worth it. Some of the best food I've ever had!
Our meals were good. The appetizers were the best thing we had. We’ve been to this restaurant numerous times & this time our waiter wasn’t as attentive as before. Food was still good.
