A sushi bar helmed by Nobu alums will churn out a menu of traditional sashimi, nigiri and maki rolls alongside Izakaya-style small plates. There is a succinct but well-curated selection of sakes by the glass and bottle as well as a selection of Japanese beers; and of course, diners can order cocktails and wines by the glass or bottle from Mandrake's comprehensive beverage menu.Also available in the main dining room, Sushi and sashimi will cover the freshest cuts of fish flown in daily along with tempting maki rolls like the Lobster tempura roll, the House roll made with salmon and hamachi and a Salmon caviar roll. Small Izakaya-style plates will run the gamut from crispy rice topped with uni or toro tuna to duck dumplings, abalone fried rice and King Crab and uni Inaniwa noodles. Larger main dishes include a 6-ounce Wagyu steak, a whole fish - salted-crusted and grilled, a seafood platter and a 32-ounce tomahawk steak.
