Milestones Grill + Bar - South London

Everything was perfect when I went to Milestones for lunch. The staff were professional and gracious and the food was excellent. I will definitely return!

My husband and I went out for the first time since the pandemic. I think they took care following protocol. Service was extremely slow. Our waiter was very nice but we waited a long time for our food. The table was sticky :(
My meal was good. I got the rustic sandwich. Wasn’t as good as normal, but it was good. My husband did not like his steak. He got the steak and seafood and he said it was extremely chewy. Honestly, we won’t be running back to eat here. For two of us it was expensive and not worth the price. Nice t to I get out none the less.

Fantastic food that's a little higher end but at a reasonable price. Delicious!

We had a great lunch. Everyone was happy with their meal. The waitress was funny, friendly and courteous.
We were a bit worried about covid19 but the restaurant seemed to have everything in place for our safety.

As usual the food and service was great.

I understand the Covid protocol, but when we asked to sit at an empty table that had no one on either side of it, we were told we couldn't because of covid. It made no sense as we were sat at a table directly across from it and had people on either side of us instead.

The food came fast and was very good. Waitstaff was good, hostess was the individual that wouldn't move us.

Had a great experience and would highly recommend! Covid procedures are really well implemented and had a table away from any other diners. The food and service was great! Our server was very kind and made our experience that much better! Will be back!

Sat on patio - felt comfortably and safe. Server was attentive & very nice. Food was excellent.

Chicken Caesar Salad was Over-Caesared" with dressing, and some of the greens were clearly not fresh, and should not have been included. Chicken was presented nicely, but it was clear and obviously that it was sitting on counter far too long (barely warm). Disappointing for a pricey item.

This is 3rd time in past three visits that the meal was not up to par.

Will probably consider this as STRIKE 3 ... and you're out !

Food is tasty and reasonably priced,, restaurant is doing a good job with COVID precautions, overall a good experience

Great service, as always. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to our needs. We ordered off the feature menu and both had the sea bass. It was absolutely delicious. Hoping it makes its way onto the regular menu! 😉

I ordered my beef medium well and was well done I didn’t enjoy my food

Great freshly prepared food served hot. I am never disappointed. Tonight pleasantly surprised by the Mediterranean chicken.

went for our annual birthday treat of a birthday brunch which our location advertised was available but once seated was told no brunch menu.

I love the menu at Milestones. The location in South London, however, leaves something to be desired with it's level of service. The hostess was not friendly and I do question the dress code. The waiter service was marginally better. I ordered a mile high drink which is a double and I was presented with a single. The waiter took it back and returned with a mile high glass and I am pretty sure when compared to a subsequent drink, that the first was a single dumped into a double glass. Wait time for both drinks and food was quite long. I don't recommend this location.

Girls weekend with a friend of mine, we decided to go to Milestones and step it up a bit! We were both so happy with everything! Our waitress, Rachel, was amazing!! Super friendly and helpful! Our entrees were so delicious! The penne and the ravioli were to die for! We even saved enough room to share a piece of the white chocolate cheesecake. Again...sooo delicious!! Definitely a favourite place to eat now that the restai are open again!! We’ll be back! 😊😊

Very nice patio. Great food and service. Server was very personable and looked after his customers very well.

Good service cold beer lots of water and great food

Food was exceptional. Especially the Bam Bam Shrimp, great taste and portion size. The servicing was a little slow, both initially and at the end. Had to wait quite awhile for the bill. That being said, have eaten there a number of times in the past and will return.

Our food was delicious the only thing was that my husband and I went there with the intentions of eating steak but they didn't have any on their covid menu. Not a big deal we found delicious alternatives but we found it odd that the only red meat on the menu was meatloaf.

Our lunch food was good, although we had planned on eating from the brunch menu, which is still advertised on the website. It was only after sitting down and speaking with our server Josh, that the brunch menu was not being offered due to staffing issues. This was slightly disappointing as I had planned a brunch to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Service and our lunch meals were good. I had to send back my Heineken draught as it was flat. Overall not bad but not great. I'm sure things will improve as we work through these difficult times,

We had such a lovely evening. The special of the night was a 7oz steak which was done to complete perfection. The wine was great and the waitress was super friendly. We sat on the patio and everything was very well managed.

The food and drinks were great, as was the waitress.
The only blip in the evening was when we came to check in for our reservation and they had just sat someone with our reservation. The hostess said the person gave my name. I found that very unsettling Bc how would they have that info???
Besides that, great experience.

For the first time ever going to Milestones, the food was only fair. I usually don’t mind paying the slightly higher prices for the superior food but it was not the case this time.

Good COVID preps and procedures. Food and service very good.
