Milton's Cuisine and Cocktails

The temperature was above 50 degrees and we wanted outdoor dining to be safe from COVID. We got a corner table on the covered porch. It was perfect and the heaters kept us warm. The atmosphere, service and food were wonderful.

Great atmosphere for a nice dinner with my family. We were sat inside next to a fireplace and it was very cozy.

Usually dine in the bar area for a nice dinner now and then. Had not been here for brunch in years, and chose to be seated in the interior of the restaurant - one of the small farmhouse rooms with fire going and only one other couple in the room for part of the time. Was perfect for our birthday brunch. Food was excellent as always and service top notch. Have to remember to hit brunch more often. Great experience.

As always, we love Milton's brunch. I believe it is very good value and definitely yummy. We like the fact they offer bloody marys and mimosas at a discount for brunch. The service never disappoints either! We consider Miltons our favorite brunch in the Milton/Alpharetta/Roswell area.

Only concern was that all tables indoors were occupied.

It was our 20 anniversary and the Milton never ceases to make our dinner experience from beginning to end a great one. Every time we have gone there for a meal everything is great!

Great brunch. Cozy and wonderful true southern food using local ingredients. The service is always excellent.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere

Good food, but the service was rushed and impersonal.

We went for a New Year Eve dinner. The choices for the 3 course meal made deciding what to eat difficult. The brazed short rib was out delicious as was the bacon wrapped filet. The experience was certainly the right start for a celebratory evening.

I had the crab cakes and they were like warm as were the grits and sauce. I realize were outside but I still think it could have been hotter. Brussel sprouts were also not hot. It was ok.

Food was not as good as usual Trout was not breaded well. Menu needs a fresh change and more choices. Too limited.

The food and service were good but there was no social distancing in seating.

What a great place! The food was fantastic, service outstanding and the overall ambiance was quiet and cozy. We will be returning for another date night outing.

Excellent food and presentation. Such a lovely place to dine for the holidays. However, the restaurant is a converted old house with several dining rooms. The room we were dining in probably was the old living room with a nice fireplace. There were 32 people being served there. The tables were too close together and when we arrived we were seated in very close proximity to the other tables, in other words chairback to chairback. We were moved to another table and I commented to the waiter that the table we were originally seated at should remain empty but just a few minutes later a young family was seated there. The restaurant is a favorite but in the Covid world we are living in, be mindful of where you are seated because you are taking your chances.

Great evening with my family. Everyone home for Christmas and my daughters asked for Milton's. Never disappoints

The staff was welcoming (as always!) and helped us get our preferred table in the beautiful fireplace room. The food was incredibly delicious. We HIGHLY recommend Milton’s!

If the plan is to seat people outside in a tent on an evening that is less than 50 degrees (cold) maybe they should inform the customer when making a reservation.

We would have never made the reservation if we knew this was the seating situation.

We have been to Milton’s several times and are always glad we did. On this occasion the service was horrible. Our server forgot what was ordered and had to come back and ask. Incorrect drinks were brought or not brought at all. And to top it off, the hostess (little blonde) was rude to us. I asked for the main dining room and we were seated in a small room right off the bar and it was very loud. Not a pleasant experience. Will think twice before going back.

This place was wonderful. The staff was friendly upon arriving. We ambience was great with the fireplaces and beautiful rooms. The service was excellent, quick, helpful suggestions, but also gave us space to enjoy our meal. The food was DELICIOUS!!! You cant go wrong with whatever you choose! Make a reservation now. Milton's never disappoints!!! We celebrate all our birthday and anniversary's here and are always impressed with the taste/quality of food and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.

Was a great birthday dinner!

We had reservations. We were seated right away. It was a little loud because we were in a room with a larger party. Our service was fantastic and our meal was good. My only issue was I ordered my steak medium and it came out definitely medium rare. We will be coming back as they have lots of things on the menu I want to try.

Everything was wonderful! Only suggestion I would make is to dim the lights a bit. The bar area was very bright and the room we were sitting in was very bright. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thanks for the yummy anniversary dessert!

Halibut special was nothing short of spectacular! The balance with the pumpkin gnocchi and sauce made me want to lick my plate. Great wine list! While the sticky toffee pudding was a close take to the traditional pudding my mother makes, it was still lovely and I loved every last crumb.

I have two dear friend who meet and we love doing our Christmas dinner at Miltons!

Excellent food and very nice ambience. Only complaint is the valet staff did NOT wear masks. I believe that should be mandatory when you enter someone else's car during this pandemic

Manager, Lance, is terrific. Makes his way around the restaurant greeting all guests. Wait staff is superb as well.

Not into writing lengthy reviews, was a terrific evening from the time we pulled into the parking lot til the time we closed our garage door, still talking about it!

Food was awesome service even better! Michael was awesome so glad he took care of us for my birthday dinner
