Morels Steakhouse & Bistro - Las Vegas
Excellent food, staff were very attentive and helpful.
Had reservations for a business dinner for 3.
My fiance and I came to Morels for our last night's meal in Vegas and were very impressed. We entered the restaurant and were received warmly by the staff who seated us promptly. Our server(s) Marina & Eddie were amazing at recommending food/beverages with great detail [I loved the Garden Mule] and taking pictures/making sure everything was absolutely perfect. The meal was amazing with the steak being cooked perfectly, the Fondue being absolutely delicious as well and the dessert being amazing as well [we recommend the chocolate Souffle].
The restaurant manager, Matt, went out of his way to make sure our meal was perfect and checked in on us throughout the night giving us recommendations and helped made our last night in Vegas extra special. We highly recommend Morels steakhouse for a high quality meal and above & beyond service.
Loved our Cesar salad prepared table side by Joseph
Courteous, helpful and attentive staff while respecting our privacy. Wonderful meal and experience.
9:15am reservations seated immediately. Sat outside on patio overlooking Vegas Blvd. Relaxing quiet atmosphere. The food choices we selected were just ok. Great service however. Imported Coffee absolutely the Best!
The food was amazing and the service impeccable. The wait staff was extremely attentive. Our severs kept a watchful eye refilling drinks, clearing plates and describing the food and wine we received with each course. My only recommendation too anyone choosing the tasting menu would be to upgrade the steak to a larger portion and pay a little more.
Excellent as usual. Very nice evening, excellent service and excellent food.
Amazing food and service. Would definitely eat there again
Morels is always exceptional! Food and service are always top notch here. Waiter had a special surprise outside for my wife’s birthday which added a nice touch to the experience. Morels is our favorite restaurant we look forward to coming back to over and over.
Morels is our new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is impeccable. Brandon & Oscar made us feel very special. Thank you.
We had the cheese fondue for two and then split the 20oz ribeye with one side and it was plenty of food. Best fondue and steak ! Service was great and very informative!
OMG. The French Toast. Magnifque
The classic Benedict. Superbe
Very nice French feel
Incredible food and service!
Extremely disappointed. The NY strip at $62 was mediocre at best. Very dry and bland. Charred on the outside while pink on the inside. I only ate half. Tried to liven it up with bernaise, but that too was subpar. Only ate half the steak. Server never even bothered to ask if it was okay. Same with the French onion soup which I had been craving since I saw it on the menu online. Lousy with no flavor, in a French restaurant no less?! My friend had the rib eye which he liked ok, but just tasted excessively salty to me. That was $64. The Brussels sprouts with balsamic reduction was a fraction of the quality I’ve gotten at much less expensive restaurants. Just had no taste. The server was nice enough but overly aggressive (tried to sell my 9 year old a $120 lobster - thank god I asked the price before we finalized the order). Overall, a bad experience, and I’ll never go back. Shame that we wasted what could have been a wonderful meal at any number of fine restaurants in this hotel on Morel’s.
To be honest just ordered something fairly common. A steak with salt, the pasta scampi, and some glazed Brussel sprouts with a balsamic reduction. The steak was good, but not any better than what I would cook at home. The shrimp scampi was fine, sauce was a little think for a scampi sauce. They didn’t even put shaved parmigian cheese on the top. That said the presentation was good and the wait staff attentive. I’ve made better at home, not the quality I would have expected from a restaurant like this. The bread course with olive tapenade was probably the best thing I ate there
Amazing service, food and location. Enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating my friends birthday.
Everything was perfect. We had a large party and our waiter was patient and did an excellent job.
The service was EXCELLENT!!! Will definitely go back.
I would definitely go back. We enjoyed it a lot! The service was great and it has a great ambiance.
Average spot...feels past its prime and subpar to other options, including Lavo next door.
Aniversary dinner...front guy no eye contact, wine guy gave us unequally filled wine glasses...halibut overdone and covered with slimy tomato broth that didnt have much flavor...server wasnt there to give us our food and we ended up being in the pathway of serving all other guests so not much of atmosphere for the aniversary dinner...plenty of better options around
My wife and I came here for a late night dinner for two. Can’t say enough about this wonderful restaurant. The service was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and not in your face. We had 3 amazing appetizers and I loved my steak. We had an incredible round booth that looked over the restaurant. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
Morels was the perfect setting for our large dinner party of 17. Our table was ready when we arrived and our server was knowledgeable, effective and had a great sense of humor. Great food variety and the dishes are delicious. They were able to split checks easily. An added bonus was the yummy desseet with sparkler, it was a great photo opportunity.
Price I paid for, don’t see any special beside look fancy. Service just got what you want not friendly. I came here to eat and enjoy myself. Other French restaurant definite a lot better. No wonder no people at lunch time. I won’t recommend it and won’t be back. I come every year to try all the nice and fancy restaurant . This is not mine.
Great place, our fault having lunch in 37c heat, but staff was super friendly and set up some shade for us. Great food, generous salads and very attentive staff. Overall nice outdoor experience. Highly recommended
We are local and have been here for several holidays/special occasions. consistently very good! no complaints at all!
Father’s day brunch is the best in Las Vegas. Outstanding food, ambiance
Amazing Brunch. Friendly and extremely helpful staff.
I overall was not satisfied with the food. I ordered the Prime Ribeye aged for 35 days... for being aged I noticed no real difference in flavor or tenderness. Rather I was disappointed with my tough ~$70 steak.
For the price I would go elsewhere , even our server told me the restaurant has declined in the past couple of years.
All fine. Meals and service OK
French onion soup was very bland. Steaks where ordered rare came out dry and medium. If your paying that much for a steak it should be exceptional and it was very dry. Spoke to the manager about the issue he addressed it said he would speak to the chef about it. We went with another couple and ordered the same steak and his was an inch thicker as well. Will never go back again not worth the price.
Great bar, perfect for conversation, drinks and fine wine list. I ll be back again and again
We had a very nice breakfast there. The food and service were simply wonderful. We’ll be back. Thank you.
Service was extremely slow. We ordered starter olives, almonds, and 3 cheeses for the 4 of us to share -- none of those came out for over an hour! Even bread took a good 45 minutes to arrive.
Two of the others in my party had seafood main courses and those were apparently wonderful.
I ordered a ribeye steak and was convinced that the dry-aged choice was superior for my choice of medium rare . . . Well, I can tell you that I purchase better meat at my specialty meat market and even at Costco.
I certainly can cook a steak so that it is vastly more tender than my steak turned out at this dinner.
Will not be wasting our $ or time again here.
65th and 81st birthdays
The food was mediocre, oysters were great , but my husbands fried calamari was bland, and tough. Steaks were slightly over cooked. And not very tasty. My husbands baked potato was not warm enough for the butter to melt. Not worth the money, and truly disappointing when there are so many excellent restaurants in Vegas.
We hosted a company dinner with our International customers. We needed to make an impression. This place did not do that for us at all. The staff and decor were great. The food was not by far. We started with drinks, appetizers & salads. The cosmopolitan that was ordered was terrible and was removed from our bill. The calamari was not good. It had very little, to no, seasoning. The best part of our meal was the tuna tar-tar. The salads were alright but nothing great. The steaks had NO flavor and several were mushy on the bottom. This is normally indicative of frozen meat being cooked. The sides left much to be desired. The mashed potatoes had no seasoning and were very dry and hard. The mushrooms were alright but nothing that should be considered 4 star. The asparagus was good. The deserts were average (ice cream, chocolate tart, cream burlee) . The place was busy but not packed. There were multiple tables open so we do not believe it was an issue of servicing too many at one time. It appeared to be an overall bad quality of food. So very disappointed in the food. The night before our executive team and others hosted a dinner at Cut in the Venetian and it was EXCELLENT.
The service was lackluster and food was mediocre at best. Actually had better steak at The Wynn Buffet
Terrible service. Food not good. Definitely won’t go there again
We were told by the front of the house that we couldn’t get in until 9:30, but I was able to book through Open Table for 7:30 - the guy up front was visually agitated with us because of this. We were stuck outside in the corner. Waiter was friendly. Food was not very good for the money - it tasted like the typical banquet steak & chicken but for a very high price tag. Overall unimpressed & disappointed.
