Drove 45 minutes - I cannot put my hand on the exact issue but we ordered 3 $60 bone in rib-eyes was they were pan seared or something, not prime cuts, not cooked to what we ordered. The tartare sauce they served with the calamari (yes tartar) had a hair wrapped around the ramekin. The pumpkin spice soup was like warm gelatin. My 10 year old even noticed it was subpar. Don’t expect anything too unique or special. Sorry
We asked if there was dairy in the pea soup and they told us no however after eating the split pea soup my husband and I both became quite ill as we have an allergy to dairy. That was disappointing otherwise the experience was quite nice they had very good cocktails and the staff was wonderful.
after a $145 tab breadsticks and broccolini and a blue moon beer had to suffice as my $60 steak and $30 fish were unacceptable extremely long wait poor quality mr c?, mr ....
Cipriani is my go to restaurant, now in almost every city, for 30 years.
The management and wait staff are consistent and circulate around the globe. It’s no surprise that when I walk into Cipriani Las Vegas, that the manager is someone I’ve know for a decade in NYC.
The food is consistently good and simple. Olive oil, salt and pepper keeping to the simplicity of Harry’s Bar in Venice.
The food is very expensive but very fresh. Once upon a time, you could get a bowl of pasta at Cipriani Downtown for half the price of Harry Cipriani. Not any more!
I enjoy the tagliardi and veal ragu, and when in season, the squid ink risotto takes you right back to Venice. The grilled langoustine are also just perfect.
Don’t forget to start your meal with a Negroni!

It was extremely windy, food tasted very bland.
Food was over priced and I could have made the same food at home. The calamari tasted rubbery.
The service and food was excellent. The only problem that we had was the wind came up in the middle of dinner and caused a lot of trouble and made dining uncomfortable.
Loved being back! Loved that that the staff remembered us from prior visits. The food was great as always. Service was spectacular. One of our favorite BH spots. See you guys again real soon.
The best service in town! Everyone are so polite.The food is amazing. I have food allergy, everything was addressed with the highest level of care. They’re taking covid19 protocols seriously. Different levels from so many other restaurants in LA.

The chairs and tables are really tiny. It was hard to enjoy myself.
With a 1:30 lunch reservation, we were the ONLY 2 diners.
After putting the food on our table the waiter left & did not return.
Had to go back inside the restaurant to get silverware.
Had to go back inside to request coffee at the end of our meal as the waiter never came back out to check.
We asked about a certain dessert, waiter said he didn't think it was available, but said he would check and never advised.
If outdoor dining is to be the only option for the next few months, ceiling fans would be a good idea. The flies were plentiful & annoying.
The food is still good, but the atmosphere & service did not measure up to what I think of for Mr. C's.
absolute crap, terrible and disappointing, it makes you think you are going to Cipriani and you get premade cisco food...... TERRIBLE

poor customer service. Ordered two margarita pizzas which both came out cold! & Without basil, when I asked the waiter what happened to the basil he said they ran out of it. Not once prior to placing the order did he mention this instead he added by saying it’s just garnish! Rude!
The waitress was rude. I won’t recommend this place to any of my friends.
Poor service! Reservation was made and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to be served water. Would not go back.

Every precaution was made for COVID-19 and felt like we went to a pre COVID-19 era restaurant. Other restaurants you felt the difference and did not feel as good as here and the food was impressive and incredible.
Over priced for amount of food. Quality was just ok. Brought wrong cocktails. We didn’t say anything. 3 of us had 6 cocktails. 3 entries and 2 appetizers. Bill $290 plus 20% tip. Not a good value.
The food was outstanding however service fell below my level of expectations.

We were warmly greeted from the valet to the restaurant entrance. The servers were very attentive and easy going. Loved the recommendations for food. And loved the banter with Aaron. He was very inviting and very sweet. Kudos to all. and can’t wait to book our stay and spa reservations. thanks again Jason and Yalda Avila

Lovely Christmas lunch. Tuna tartare and yellowtail crudo outstanding. All the food was sumptuous.
I definitely would not recommend coming here for dinner. The service is inattentive and the food was a complete rip-off. Beef carpaccio isn't fresh or high quality, the pumpkin soup with toasted almonds is pumpkin puree with sliced almonds and we had to return the pasta with veal ragu because it was pasta with cheese on it and we frankly couldn't see any ragu. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to finish our dinner!
The waiter was not respectful.
We are new neighbors to the hotel we have three children all young and the service was impeccable thank you we will be back

The restaurant allowed a patron to sit on the restaurant patio smoking an extremely stinky cigar. The smoke traveled indoors and even more so when a server was going in and out. California law prohibits smoking in public places, but when I asked a waiter about it he just shrugged.
Great food and wonderful service. A touch of Venice in Beverly Hills!
The only negative was the dover sole entree did not taste 100%. It was ordered by both of us, mine was acceptable although short of 100%, my wife's was not. She asked that it be taken back. The restaurant immediately took it back, and she ordered something else which was great. The service was excellent, and but for the entree experience would have been 5 stars. We will give it another try in the near future.
