Spread over the heritage-listed building’s walk-in bar, dining room and hidden private dining room, there's a lively space to suit every occasion, big and small.To eat, Palazzo Salato's menu of snacks, hand-rolled pasta and sustainably sourced proteins from some of Australia’s best farmers, is devised by Executive Chef Alex Major and Head Chef Matthew Goddard. Really good service from the team that, kept the birthday celebration smooth and helped set up the cake for my partners birthday…no cakeage fee which was appreciated. Food was amazing, the taramasalata dip was a highlight, vibes were great, and the interior was beautiful…would highly recommend this restaurant.

I had a group of 8 for dinner on a Saturday night. We had the set menu which I thought was excellent value and the food was wonderful. But more importantly, the service was wonderful - the servers and sommelier were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Made it a lovely evening out.
