Nixta honors the tradition of nixtamalizacion that carried through in all of its dishes. Highlights were the blue crab tlayudas, blue corn tortillas and the beef fajitas that were perfectly cooked and presented. Tacos also fantastic, we had the pork belly Al pastor. The highlight was the churros finale for dessert, wow! Soft and airy with a hint of citrus that’s DIVINE.
