One of the best restaurants we visited in Greece. Edward was our waiter and he took care of us from beginning to end with great suggestions for cocktails and food. We loved the scallops, my wife had the short ribs which was the best we ever had the the orzo that came with it was just as excellent. I had a traditional Greek pasta dish with minces meat and it was very good. The restaurant is in the Caldera and the views from there are amazing. We stayed until night time and the views changed with the changing of the light and the sunset was breathtaking. This is a must go to restaurant when you're in Santorini if you want great drinks and wine, food, service and views. Thank you to everyone at Esperisma that made this a special night for my wife and I.

This is one of the best places in the world to have a delicious fish! The place is very nice with a beautiful site seen, and very gentle local people! I will return for sure. CONGRATS
