   We were seated at a table for 2 which had a terrible sun reflection off the front door, we tried to adjust seating at our table. We then waited 15 min for someone to greet us and ask us if we would like a drink. The young man who delivered our appetizer, salad and main course was delightful. The waiter was kind, apologetic and clearly spread to thin. Our food was good but served lukewarm. It will take me a while to give it another try.

   Family-time. We all enjoyed our dinner, as we always do. Good drinks, wine, food and, of course deserts. Remarkably good service, considering it was packed. We never leave disappointed .

   Our first interaction with the hostess was not impressive. Our reservation was at 1230 we arrived at 1215. She did you are 15 minutes early you have to wait. That was fine but there wasn’t anyone there but us So for the next 15 minutes people came and we’re promptly seated. At 1228 I went back to her stand and she said we still needed to wait. Finally at 1235 she came over where we were and said I know you reserved a patio table but the only one left is in the sun. We said fine. She takes us out and there is clearly a table in partial sun. I ask about it and she says it was reserved Ok what about our table I made I made 2+ weeks ago. Was my table always in the sun she could have told me that at 1215. There was ample room inside always The clincher on that table in partial shade was empty the entire time we were there Will I return doubtful there are other places where you are treated equally in Lake Oswego

    Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere . The food was well prepared and delicious. Two shared a Buratta Salad, Shrimp apprizer and mushroom ravioli with Bolanese Sauce. All were very good though the shrimp sauce could have used more garlic and herbs. Found the prices to be a bit high.

    The server was very nice. (Itzel N) But the service was rushed. No time to enjoy a glass of wine before the dinner arrived. The special halibut was good, but was only about four bites worth for $38. From seating to leaving was only one hour.

    The food was very good but the service was very poor. It took a long time to be seated (with a reservation) and longer to even be brought the water and bread. We only saw our waiter 3 times. It was noisy and surprisingly casual based on the prices. The hostess had a halfshirt on and most of the diners were in shorts. If you are down for dropping $70 for a casual dinner for 2, then this place is for you. The food was flavorful. We were just hoping for something more elevated and intimate. We expected more attention from the wait staff.

    The wood fired [pizza was very good, especially the crust. And it was done to perfection, no burned patches of crust. The salad greens were good, but not entirely crisp, My glass of Pinot Noir was just average, no bold flavors.

    Quite a pleasant surprise considering the unassuming entrance to walk into a lovely courtyard through several little market areas. Service and food were very good, although they did not have several things on the menu. That happens. The wine pours could be a little more considering other restaurants of similar venue, however.

    This was our first time at this restaurant. The Barbera table wine was just so-so. Son's cocktail rated a "quite good". The Italian blood orange soda, in a can, was to die for. A good intro to to that. For appetizers, the sausage stuffed mushroom appetizer was very tasty with nice spice and ample size, enough to share. The gazpacho soup was flavorful, though a bit too homogenized for our taste. Still, it was better than most places we have encountered this soup. Son's lentil based soup was "good." For mains, two of us had pasta primavera dishes, one chicken and one with scallops. Our son had a risotto dish. The pasta and risotto were very good; the sauces average. Regarding side dishes, the parmesan coated fries were excellent. Unfortunately, the fried brussel sprouts were utterly destroyed by overcooking. Dry to the core. The suspicion is that they were deep fried rather than pan fried, a terrible mistake. Sent them back. Service was timely, accurate, and pleasant. Price with $35 tip a little over $250. If the meal had been better overall, it would have been a good value, but the variability in quality held it back. Would give this restaurant three and a half stars if possible. Not bad, but not great overall either.

    We went to dine before an play at Westwood theater. The outdoor area was beautiful !! The food was delicious . Our server Whellie was informative ,patient,kind and professional. Highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience .

    We had high hopes for our wedding anniversary dinner (four year old daughter included with us) but the wait staff was far from welcoming or warm in greeting and you definitely get the sense it’s a local neighborhood spot with many regulars — or at least not your typical walk in traffic that restaurants up the street encounter. The restaurant and marketplace itself is very cute and well decorated. Overall it wasn’t an awful experience, but something just wasn’t great either and it’s hard to pin point why. While we are glad to have tried this place now (especially because of all the wonderful reviews we read prior to going!) unfortunately, because of the slightly off putting service, we would not recommend coming here to others or dine again.

    Dinner with out of town friends. The only negative was being seated next to a large dead hydrangea planter.The leaves & stems were so brittle they poked one guest as she sat down. I understand this seems minor, it does make the patio a less desirable place to dine.

    Date with wife, first time eating at this establishment, seated right away, server contacted us very fast and took drink and appetizer order. Very nice young man bartender made one of the best old-fashions I’ve had. Food arrived very hot I had Italian lasagna which was excellent and my wife had a chicken parmesan that lacked flavor. Overall we were still real happy with establishment and would go back again.

    The food was good but the service was poor at best. Our server was an older woman. She had a horrible attitude when I asked her about popular dishes and beverages. When she answered, it was short, rude, and not helpful at all. After taking our order, which she didn’t come to the table til 30 mins since we sat down, she didn’t check on us at all til our food came. Then, after he food was served, she only checked on us one time. We were there waiting for the check for another 30 minutes AFTER we finished our meal. I had to personally get up and check where she was in the building. I found her having a conversation with her other coworkers. I was standing behind her for 2 minutes until she turned around. I could only imagine this is what she was doing instead of serving us the entire time. And when I did ask her for the check, she had the audacity to not even apologize for coming so late. We also had to go fetch out to go box which was so frustrating. We also had two elderly people with us and she couldn’t care less about them which was sad to see because we wanted them to have a nice outing. The service was horrible and I am never going back there nor recommending this place to anyone.

    Dinner was great, as usual. Service was excellent and Chance Robb on guitar made it a magical evening on the patio! Will go every time he plays. LOVE Nicoletta's! Feels like family- a real sense of community.

    Restaurant is small with a market type atmosphere. The service is excellent. The food is great, but smaller portions and little on the spendy side for what you get. The noise was pretty loud even though the fine dining area was small.

    The food is consistently delicious. We had the mushroom ravioli special (super yum!) and the verde salad. This is a definite splurge but worth it.
